改性乳化瀝青及其在微表處養(yǎng)護工程中的應用研究

【摘要】:當前,我國的高速公路里程已達10.5萬公里,總公路里程達440萬公里,大量已建成通車的公路進入養(yǎng)護維修周期,急需推出經(jīng)濟有效且施工便捷的預防性養(yǎng)護方法。微表處是一種由聚合物改性乳化瀝青、集料、填料、水和外加劑按照一定的配比,通過專門的施工設備攤鋪到原路面上,達到迅速開放要求的薄層結(jié)構(gòu)。微表處是一種經(jīng)濟環(huán)保的預防性養(yǎng)護措施,施工速度快,可快速開放交通。微表處可以可有效修復車轍、改善路面抗滑效果,延緩路面使用壽命,是一種適合推廣的預防性養(yǎng)護技術。 本文針對微表處的主要影響因素改性乳化瀝青做了研究。文章分析討論了乳化劑和改性劑的選擇方法,選擇了適當?shù)娜榛瘎┖完栯x子丁苯乳液。分析了陽離子乳化劑及陽離子丁苯膠乳對改性乳化瀝青蒸發(fā)殘留物性質(zhì)和施工性的影響規(guī)律,乳化改性瀝青的配方得到了優(yōu)化。對乳化改性瀝青的主要性能以及改性乳化瀝青和集料的配伍性進行了研究。 此外,本文進行了微表處混合料的配合比研究,并進一步對混合料的施工性能和路用性能進行了研究,總結(jié)了乳化劑種類、集料級配及性質(zhì)、油石比、添加劑等重要因素對混合料綜合性能的影響規(guī)律。選擇了適當?shù)臅r機鋪筑微表處試驗段,得到較好的預期效果。
[Abstract]:At present, the highway mileage of our country has reached 105000 kilometers, and the total highway mileage has reached 4.4 million kilometers. A large number of highways that have been built and opened to traffic have entered the maintenance and repair cycle. It is urgent to introduce the economical, effective and convenient preventive maintenance method. Microsurfacing is a kind of thin-layer structure with polymer modified emulsified asphalt, aggregate, filler, water and admixture spread to the original pavement by special construction equipment. Microsurfacing is an economic and environmental protection preventive maintenance measure. Micro-surfacing can effectively repair ruts, improve the anti-skid effect of pavement, delay the service life of pavement, and is a kind of preventive maintenance technology suitable for popularization. In this paper, the main influencing factors of microsurfacing modified emulsified asphalt have been studied. The selection methods of emulsifier and modifier were analyzed and discussed. The suitable emulsifier and cationic butadiene emulsion were selected. The effects of cationic emulsifier and cationic styrene butadiene latex on the properties and construction properties of evaporative residue of modified emulsified asphalt were analyzed. The formulation of emulsified modified asphalt was optimized. The main properties of emulsified asphalt and the compatibility of modified asphalt and aggregate were studied. In addition, the mixture ratio of micro-surfacing mixture is studied in this paper, and the construction performance and road performance of the mixture are further studied, and the types of emulsifier, aggregate gradation and properties, oil stone ratio are summarized. The influence of additives and other important factors on the comprehensive performance of the mixture. A suitable time is chosen to construct the test section of microsurfacing, and the expected results are obtained.
