荒漠戈壁地區(qū)交通標(biāo)志反光膜結(jié)構(gòu)選型研究

【摘要】:結(jié)合近些年陸續(xù)建設(shè)的荒漠戈壁地區(qū)公路暴露出的風(fēng)沙侵蝕交通標(biāo)志反光材料的問(wèn)題,立足于破壞機(jī)理分析,利用室內(nèi)加速模擬試驗(yàn)與同類區(qū)域類比的方法,對(duì)玻璃微珠與微棱鏡兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式反光膜的抗風(fēng)蝕能力進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)論認(rèn)為:微棱鏡型反光膜在風(fēng)沙流運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)烈區(qū)域,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),全壽命周期長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of damage mechanism, combined with the problem of wind erosion traffic sign reflective material exposed by highway in desert Gobi area in recent years, the indoor accelerated simulation test is used to compare with the similar area. The wind erosion resistance of glass bead and micro prism reflective film is compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the micro prism reflective film has strong adaptability and long life cycle in the area of strong wind-sand movement.
