【摘要】：指出現(xiàn)代信息化條件下的局部戰(zhàn)爭對(duì)后勤運(yùn)輸保障的要求越來越高,如何利用部隊(duì)和民用汽車運(yùn)力完成繁重的后勤運(yùn)輸保障任務(wù)和快速的兵力投送任務(wù)是目前各國都在研究的問題。結(jié)合我國民用汽車運(yùn)力征用的現(xiàn)有情況,在綜合和借鑒國外民用汽車運(yùn)力征用辦法的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了我國民用汽車運(yùn)力的構(gòu)成和特點(diǎn),論述了民用汽車運(yùn)力的使用原則、要求和辦法,以及對(duì)民用汽車運(yùn)力的管理。
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that the requirement of logistics transportation support is becoming higher and higher in local wars under the condition of modern information. How to make use of the military and the civilian vehicle capacity to complete the heavy logistics transportation support task and the fast troop delivery task is the question that the various countries are studying at present. Combined with the current situation of civil automobile capacity requisition in our country, on the basis of synthesizing and drawing lessons from foreign methods of civil automobile capacity requisition, this paper expounds the constitution and characteristics of civil automobile capacity in our country, and discusses the application principle of civil automobile capacity. Requirements and methods, as well as the management of civilian vehicle capacity.
