城市交通與土地利用微觀互動關(guān)系的研究與仿真

【摘要】:在我國人均占有土地資源匱乏的國情之下,可利用土地的高強度開發(fā)已成為過去幾年城市發(fā)展的豐基調(diào),對于土地的高效率利用帶來的經(jīng)濟效益與社會效益,要協(xié)調(diào)使其達到最優(yōu)化,就需由當(dāng)?shù)卣、開發(fā)商及城市規(guī)劃師共同主導(dǎo)達到統(tǒng)一可行。但就目前城市發(fā)展來看,還很缺乏這樣的統(tǒng)籌合作。具體到交通而言,土地利用不受交通系統(tǒng)條件的約束,導(dǎo)致如土地開發(fā)強度增大,現(xiàn)有路網(wǎng)負擔(dān)加重,出行環(huán)境進一步惡化的城市現(xiàn)狀。因此,城市交通與土地利用的單方向決定關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)化為雙方向的互動關(guān)系十分重要,而應(yīng)用到實際城市發(fā)展中,明確其微觀指標(biāo)量才具有操作性和實際意義。 本論文從城市交通與土地利用的理論發(fā)展關(guān)系入手,微觀上研究其影響因素,確定互動關(guān)系特征量,引入土地利用特征量作為參數(shù)改進交通預(yù)測模型;由交通系統(tǒng)特征量決定關(guān)鍵路段從而建立限制土地開發(fā)余量模型。在互動理論和模型基礎(chǔ)上,利用微觀交通仿真軟件VISSIM的COM接口對VISSIM再開發(fā),建立交通仿真平臺,仿真模型結(jié)果,分析評價指標(biāo)。將城市交通與土地利用的互動關(guān)系動態(tài)化和可視化。依據(jù)研究流程論文主要分三部分內(nèi)容: 首先,分析城市交通與土地利用的互動機理,聯(lián)系城市的發(fā)展,研究二者間相互影響關(guān)系并總結(jié)影響因素。微觀層面研究互動影響關(guān)系穩(wěn)定的特征量,將其作為互動特征量,意圖達到量化研究城市交通與土地利用互動關(guān)系的目的。 然后,引入互動特征量建立模型,將土地利用的特征指標(biāo)引入交通預(yù)測模型之中,建立反饋機制;而后根據(jù)預(yù)測,利用交通系統(tǒng)的特征量選取關(guān)鍵路段,對于關(guān)鍵瓶頸路段的限制,建立土地利用開發(fā)余量模型,明確土地利用特征量。 最后,搭建交通仿真平臺,利用VISSIM提供的COM接口,運用VC++的可視化編程,將論文理論和模型的研究通過仿真模擬實現(xiàn),并由VISSIM仿真得到的效用評價指標(biāo)驗證研究的可實施性,由此指導(dǎo)城市交通與土地利用的特征量決策。并以中山市富華酒店建設(shè)項目為例進行實際應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the scarcity of land resources per capita in our country, the high-intensity exploitation of usable land has become the keynote of urban development in the past few years, and the economic and social benefits brought about by the high efficiency of land use. To optimize it, local governments, developers, and city planners are leading the way. However, in view of the current urban development, there is still a lack of such overall cooperation. As far as traffic is concerned, land use is not restricted by traffic system conditions, which leads to the situation of cities where the intensity of land development is increased, the burden of existing road networks is increased, and the travel environment is further deteriorated. Therefore, it is very important for the unidirectional determinant relationship between urban traffic and land use to be transformed into the interactive relationship between the two sides. However, when applied to the actual urban development, it is of operational and practical significance to make clear the micro index of urban traffic and land use. This paper starts with the theoretical development relationship between urban traffic and land use, studies its influence factors, determines the characteristic quantity of interactive relationship, and introduces the characteristic quantity of land use as a parameter to improve traffic forecasting model. Based on the characteristic of traffic system, the model of limiting land exploitation margin is established. On the basis of interaction theory and model, the VISSIM is redeveloped by the COM interface of microscopic traffic simulation software VISSIM, and the traffic simulation platform is established, the result of simulation model is simulated, and the evaluation index is analyzed. Dynamic and visualized the interaction between urban traffic and land use. According to the research process, the paper is divided into three parts: first, analyze the interactive mechanism of urban traffic and land use, link with the development of the city, study the relationship between the two and summarize the influencing factors. The microcosmic level studies the characteristic quantity of the interaction influence relation stability, regards it as the interactive characteristic quantity, in order to achieve the purpose of quantificationally studying the interactive relationship between urban traffic and land use. Then, the interactive characteristic quantity is introduced to establish the model, the characteristic index of land use is introduced into the traffic forecast model, and the feedback mechanism is established. Then, according to the forecast, the key road sections are selected by using the characteristic quantity of the traffic system. For the restriction of the key bottleneck section, the land use development allowance model is established, and the characteristic quantity of land use is defined. Finally, the traffic simulation platform is built, the COM interface provided by VISSIM is used, the visual programming of VC is used to realize the research of the theory and model of the thesis through simulation, and the utility evaluation index obtained by VISSIM simulation verifies the practicability of the research. From this guidance city traffic and land use characteristic quantity decision. And take the construction project of Fu Hua Guang Dong Hotel in Zhongshan City as an example to carry on the practical application.
