基于時(shí)變效應(yīng)的盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)分析方法的研究

【摘要】:近幾十年來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)歷了日新月異的變化,很多方面都可以與世界接軌。在經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展的大背景下,省時(shí)、高效率的地鐵運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)在我國(guó)主要城市得到了快速發(fā)展。在各種隧道施工方法中,盾構(gòu)法隧道雖然起步較晚,但其以自身獨(dú)有的優(yōu)勢(shì)在隧道施工中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,與此同時(shí)與盾構(gòu)隧道建設(shè)相適應(yīng)的襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論也在發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外在盾構(gòu)襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的研究集中在設(shè)計(jì)模型的選取和論證方面。但在具體的工程中,影響結(jié)構(gòu)性能的因素多樣化使得結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)者在計(jì)算時(shí)全面系統(tǒng)的考慮到各種影響因素是不太容易實(shí)現(xiàn)的。對(duì)于混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的一大特性—時(shí)變效應(yīng)在各個(gè)襯砌計(jì)算模型中沒(méi)有明確的體現(xiàn);炷潦湛s徐變效應(yīng)對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的影響程度及在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)如何考慮這種影響亟待系統(tǒng)和深入的研究。本文在荷載-結(jié)構(gòu)法的基礎(chǔ)上采用理論分析和數(shù)值模擬兩種方法,分別對(duì)襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)在荷載長(zhǎng)期作用下的時(shí)變效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,主要內(nèi)容包括: 1.對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用狀況進(jìn)行了歸納和分析,介紹了現(xiàn)階段在襯砌設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域研究進(jìn)展,根據(jù)已有的研究成果提出了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和預(yù)期成果。 2.基于慣用法和修正慣用法中均質(zhì)圓環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,結(jié)合混凝土收縮徐變計(jì)算模型,計(jì)算考慮荷載長(zhǎng)期作用下混凝土?xí)r變效應(yīng)對(duì)均質(zhì)圓環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)模型中剛度有效率的影響,提出對(duì)均質(zhì)圓環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)考慮時(shí)變效應(yīng)影響的修正分析方法。 3.在上一步研究的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮接頭的存在對(duì)襯砌圓環(huán)長(zhǎng)期剛度的影響情況,采用連續(xù)不均勻模型計(jì)算時(shí)變效應(yīng)作用下襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的變形,并與均質(zhì)圓環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)模型計(jì)算的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,討論接頭效應(yīng)對(duì)襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的影響程度。 4.結(jié)合具體工程,利用ANSYS有限元軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,,分析時(shí)變效應(yīng)影響下的均質(zhì)圓環(huán)模型和考慮接頭的連續(xù)非均勻模型的襯砌內(nèi)力變形值,以此來(lái)驗(yàn)證理論結(jié)果的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, China has undergone rapid changes, many aspects can be in line with the world. Under the background of rapid economic development, time-saving and efficient subway transportation system in China's major cities has been developed rapidly. At present, the research of shield tunnel lining structure design at home and abroad is focused on the selection and demonstration of design model. But in specific projects, the factors affecting the structural performance are diversified. It is not easy for a tunnel designer to consider all kinds of influencing factors systematically in the calculation. The time-varying effect, a major characteristic of concrete structure, is not clearly reflected in all lining calculation models. The influence of shrinkage and creep of concrete on the structure of shield tunnel lining and how to consider this effect in design. Based on the load-structure method, the time-varying effect of lining structure under long-term load is analyzed and calculated by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.
1. The development and application of lining structure design theory at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed. The research progress in the field of lining design at present is introduced. Based on the existing research results, the research contents and expected results of this paper are put forward.
2. Based on the homogeneous ring structure model of the conventional method and the modified conventional method, combined with the concrete shrinkage and creep calculation model, the influence of the concrete time-varying effect on the stiffness efficiency of the homogeneous ring structure model considering the long-term load is calculated, and the modified analysis method considering the time-varying effect for the homogeneous ring structure is proposed.
3. On the basis of the previous study, considering the influence of the joint on the long-term stiffness of lining ring, the deformation of lining structure under time-varying effect is calculated by using the continuous inhomogeneous model, and the results are compared with those calculated by the homogeneous ring structure model. The influence of the joint effect on the lining structure is discussed.
4. Combining with the concrete project, the finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate and calculate the deformation value of lining internal force under the influence of time-varying effect and considering the continuous inhomogeneous model of joints, so as to verify the feasibility of the theoretical results.
