岸邊集裝箱橋式起重機(jī)動(dòng)剛度的實(shí)驗(yàn)與理論研究
[Abstract]:More and more attention is paid to the dynamic stiffness of crane metal structures. Whether the dynamic stiffness is reasonable or not affects the service performance of crane and the service life of its metal structure, but this influence is not as clear as the strength and static stiffness. Therefore, it is an important subject to study the dynamic stiffness of crane. In order to study dynamic stiffness, it is necessary to understand it comprehensively. In this paper, the current situation of research on dynamic stiffness of cranes is summarized, and some new research directions and problems are put forward through the exploration of the development history of the research on dynamic stiffness of cranes at present. The application of quayside container bridge crane is more and more extensive, which benefits from the rapid development of container transportation mode. At the same time, the rapid development of ocean trade promotes the rapid growth of port throughput, and also requires the continuous improvement of loading and unloading efficiency of quayside container crane. In order to meet this condition, the metal structure of the quayside container crane becomes bigger and higher, and the dynamic stiffness of the metal structure becomes more and more prominent. Compared with ordinary bridge cranes, the structure of quayside container crane is more complex, which brings difficulties to the study of dynamic stiffness. In this paper, a quayside container bridge crane, which is used in actual production, is taken as the research object through the combination of field test and finite element model test. The dynamic stiffness of crane is studied by using ANSYS finite element software. ANSYS finite element software is a widely used finite element analysis software. In this paper, the modal analysis function of ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to solve the natural frequency of quayside container bridge crane. At the same time, the main influencing factors of dynamic stiffness are explored by changing the structure form of finite element model.
