雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究

【摘要】:雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)作為瀝青路面壓實(shí)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,其性能和壓實(shí)質(zhì)量直接影響著公路施工的質(zhì)量與效率。近年來,國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)的同臺(tái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),使我國(guó)壓路機(jī)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈。通過對(duì)雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)性能的評(píng)價(jià)研究,不但是正確認(rèn)識(shí)雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)整機(jī)水平和合理選擇機(jī)型的理論依據(jù);而且也有助于推動(dòng)其在性能方面的全面提高,增強(qiáng)其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。為此,本文提出雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)性能評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究,以便能夠從科學(xué)客觀的角度正確認(rèn)識(shí)和評(píng)價(jià)雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)的性能與質(zhì)量水平,并指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用。 論文通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析及技術(shù)性能差距的對(duì)比,,并結(jié)合振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)相關(guān)的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從壓實(shí)性能、安全性、可靠性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等方面對(duì)雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)性能特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合兩種指標(biāo)篩選方法構(gòu)建了二級(jí)遞階結(jié)構(gòu)的性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,同時(shí)運(yùn)用層次分析法,確定了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。 論文最后根據(jù)所建的評(píng)級(jí)指標(biāo)體系和各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,采用指標(biāo)滿足度指數(shù)模型,選擇國(guó)外A企業(yè)、國(guó)內(nèi)B企業(yè)、C企業(yè)和D企業(yè)中雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)的代表機(jī)型進(jìn)行了綜合性能評(píng)價(jià)。并結(jié)合對(duì)各企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況分析與各機(jī)型的對(duì)比試驗(yàn)測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的合理性,證明了該指標(biāo)體系與評(píng)價(jià)模型具有較好的可行性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:As the key equipment of asphalt pavement compaction, the performance and compaction quality of double steel wheel vibratory roller directly affect the quality and efficiency of highway construction. In recent years, the competition between domestic and foreign enterprises has intensified. The evaluation and research on the performance of double-wheel vibratory roller is not only the theoretical basis for correctly understanding the level of the whole machine and the reasonable selection of the type of roller, but also helps to promote the overall improvement of its performance. Enhance its competitiveness. Therefore, this paper puts forward the research on the performance evaluation system of double-wheel vibratory roller, so that it can correctly understand and evaluate the performance and quality level of double-wheel vibratory roller from a scientific and objective angle, and guide its practical application. Based on the analysis of the development situation and the comparison of the technical performance gap between domestic and foreign double-wheel vibratory roller, the paper combines the relevant national standards and industry standards of vibratory roller, from compaction performance, safety, reliability, The performance characteristics of double-wheel vibratory roller are described in detail from the aspects of economy and so on. On this basis, combined with two index screening methods, the performance evaluation index system of two-level hierarchical structure is constructed. At the same time, the weight of each index in the evaluation index system is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, according to the rating index system and the weight of each index, the index satisfaction index model is adopted to select foreign A enterprises. The comprehensive performance evaluation of the representative type of double steel wheel vibratory roller in B enterprise C enterprise and D enterprise was carried out. The rationality of the evaluation result is verified by analyzing the actual situation of each enterprise and the comparative test of each model, and the feasibility and practicability of the index system and the evaluation model are proved.
