【摘要】：為研究盾構隧道管片注漿的滲透擴散模型,以冪律流型漿液為研究對象,運用流體力學理論及毛細管組理論,推導了盾構隧道管片注漿滲透擴散模型的理論計算式,分析了其公式的適用范圍及各參數(shù)的確定方法。結合具體計算案例,討論了注漿壓力、漿液性質(zhì)(水灰比)、地層條件(地下水壓力和地層滲透系數(shù))等因素對漿液擴散半徑的影響及漿液對管片總壓力的影響。結果表明:注漿壓力與漿液擴散半徑成線性關系;注漿壓力、水灰比及地層滲透系數(shù)增大,漿液擴散半徑也增大;地下水壓力增大,漿液擴散半徑減小;注漿壓力、水灰比、地層滲透系數(shù)增大,漿液對管片的總壓力增加;地下水壓力的變化不會影響管片所受的總壓力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the permeation diffusion model of shield tunnel segment grouting, the theoretical calculation formula of the shield tunnel segment grouting permeation diffusion model is derived by using the fluid mechanics theory and capillary group theory, taking the power-law flow type slurry as the research object. The applicable range of the formula and the method of determining the parameters are analyzed. The influence of grouting pressure, slurry properties (water-cement ratio) and formation conditions (groundwater pressure and formation permeability coefficient) on the slurry diffusion radius and the influence of slurry on the total segment pressure are discussed. The results show that the grouting pressure has a linear relationship with the slurry diffusion radius, the grouting pressure, the water-cement ratio and the formation permeability coefficient increase, the slurry diffusion radius also increases, the groundwater pressure increases, the slurry diffusion radius decreases, the grouting pressure, the water-cement ratio, With the increase of formation permeability coefficient, the total pressure of the slurry to the segment increases, while the change of the groundwater pressure does not affect the total pressure of the segment.
