大型交叉施工安全模糊控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究

【摘要】:隨著交通運(yùn)輸事業(yè)的發(fā)展,將會(huì)有越來(lái)越多的交叉工程,,大型交叉工程被交線路(高等級(jí)公路、鐵路等)往往交通量大,很難做到斷交施工,對(duì)周邊擾動(dòng)也較為敏感,如何構(gòu)建一個(gè)安全控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)保證自身結(jié)構(gòu)物、被交結(jié)構(gòu)物的安全是一個(gè)亟需解決的問(wèn)題。此外,大型交叉施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)諸多被評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目往往很難用經(jīng)典的數(shù)學(xué)方法來(lái)描述,因此有必要研究適用于大型交叉工程的安全模糊控制網(wǎng)絡(luò),從而預(yù)防控制大型交叉工程施工重特大生產(chǎn)事故的發(fā)生。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)模糊數(shù)學(xué)及其應(yīng)用的研究,結(jié)合大型交叉工程施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特點(diǎn),在模糊控制理論的基礎(chǔ)上,研究制定出大型交叉施工安全模糊控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)。然后進(jìn)行了工程實(shí)例分析;诖笮徒徊媸┕な鹿手乱蚶碚,通過(guò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素清單;利用層次分析法、模糊綜合評(píng)判法對(duì)大型交叉工程安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可能性、嚴(yán)重程度等級(jí)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),通過(guò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣法得到大型交叉工程施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí);基于大型交叉施工事故致因理論及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源清單,根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)接受準(zhǔn)則,建立相應(yīng)的自身及被交結(jié)構(gòu)物安全防控措施,從而保證自身結(jié)構(gòu)物、被交結(jié)構(gòu)物的安全。 通過(guò)對(duì)大型交叉施工安全模糊控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究,建立了大型交叉施工事故致因模型,給出了大型交叉施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素清單,制定出了相宜的自身及被交結(jié)構(gòu)物安全防控措施,形成了大型交叉施工安全模糊控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)。此創(chuàng)新填補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)外在大型交叉安全控制方面研究的不足,對(duì)以后交叉工程施工安全管理具有借鑒意義,還將會(huì)對(duì)公路交通建設(shè)的發(fā)展起到巨大的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of traffic and transportation, there will be more and more cross projects. Large cross projects (high grade highways, railways, etc.) often have a large traffic volume, it is difficult to cut off the intersection construction, and is sensitive to the disturbance around them. How to construct a security control network to ensure the security of the intersected structure is an urgent problem. In addition, it is difficult to describe the safety risk of large cross construction by classical mathematical method. Therefore, it is necessary to study the safety fuzzy control network suitable for large cross engineering. In order to prevent and control the large-scale cross-engineering construction of serious and serious production accidents. Based on the study of fuzzy mathematics and its application, combined with the characteristics of construction safety risk of large-scale cross engineering, the fuzzy control network of large cross construction safety is developed on the basis of fuzzy control theory. Then an engineering example is analyzed. Based on the cause theory of large-scale cross construction accidents, the list of risk factors is established through risk identification and risk analysis, and the possibility and severity of safety risk of large cross engineering are evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on the risk matrix method, based on the theory of the cause of large-scale cross construction accidents and the list of risk sources, and according to the risk acceptance criteria, the corresponding safety prevention and control measures are established. In order to ensure the safety of its own structure, intersected structure. Based on the study of safety fuzzy control network of large-scale cross construction, the cause model of large cross construction accident is established, the list of safety risk factors of large cross construction is given, and the appropriate safety prevention and control measures for itself and the intersection structure are worked out. The safety fuzzy control network of large cross construction is formed. This innovation fills the deficiency of the research on large-scale cross safety control at home and abroad. It has reference significance for the construction safety management of cross engineering in the future, and will also play a huge role in promoting the development of highway traffic construction.
