基于TRIZ的新型汽車搬運(yùn)器創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)及研究

【摘要】:本文以克服現(xiàn)有汽車搬運(yùn)器存在的技術(shù)缺陷和獲得新型汽車搬運(yùn)器的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方案為目的,在深入研究TRIZ理論和分析用戶需求的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)的生成,創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)問題的解決和創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方案的形成,利用TRIZ問題分析模式、“進(jìn)化橋”和“參數(shù)橋”提出新型汽車搬運(yùn)器的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對(duì)獲得的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 在研究用戶需求和TRIZ理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出用戶需求研究與功能分析、資源分析、因果分析相結(jié)合,獲得基于用戶需求研究和TRIZ問題分析模式的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)生成模型,并成功應(yīng)用該模型確定了汽車搬運(yùn)器的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方向。 在研究技術(shù)進(jìn)化理論的基礎(chǔ)上,基于TRIZ "進(jìn)化橋”提出產(chǎn)品進(jìn)化路線的研究過程模型。將該模型用于汽車搬運(yùn)器的進(jìn)化分析,獲得汽車搬運(yùn)器沿10條重要進(jìn)化路線的進(jìn)化過程,并指出汽車搬運(yùn)器沿每條進(jìn)化路線所處的目前技術(shù)狀態(tài)和未來潛力狀態(tài),對(duì)未來汽車搬運(yùn)器的研發(fā)有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。 在研究]TRIZ理論的常用解題工具的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有夾持輪胎式汽車搬運(yùn)器存在的缺陷,提出應(yīng)用TRIZ'‘參數(shù)橋”解決設(shè)計(jì)過程中遇到技術(shù)難題的過程模型。應(yīng)用該模型解決新型汽車搬運(yùn)器設(shè)計(jì)過程中遇到的技術(shù)沖突并提出新的設(shè)計(jì)方案。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有汽車搬運(yùn)器缺少車輛位置調(diào)整的功能,提出位置調(diào)整裝置和新型汽車搬運(yùn)器的配套使用方案。針對(duì)液壓托舉的缺陷,提出新型托舉式汽車搬運(yùn)器的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方案。 最后,對(duì)獲得的創(chuàng)新方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和總結(jié),獲得的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方案對(duì)未來汽車搬運(yùn)器的研發(fā)有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the technical defects existing in the present vehicle conveyer and to obtain the innovative design scheme of the new type of vehicle conveyer, based on the in-depth study of the TRIZ theory and the analysis of the customer's demand, this paper aims at the generation of the product innovation design goal. The solution of innovative design problem and the formation of innovative design scheme are discussed. Using the TRIZ problem analysis model, the "evolutionary bridge" and "parameter bridge" are used to propose the innovative design scheme of the new type of vehicle conveyer, and the evaluation of the innovative design scheme obtained is carried out. Based on the research of user demand and TRIZ theory, this paper puts forward the combination of user demand research and function analysis, resource analysis, causality analysis, and obtains a new design goal generation model based on user demand research and TRIZ problem analysis model. The innovative design direction of the vehicle handling device is determined by using the model successfully. On the basis of studying the theory of technological evolution, the research process model of product evolution route is proposed based on TRIZ "evolutionary bridge". The model is applied to the evolutionary analysis of the vehicle conveyer, and the evolution process of the vehicle conveyor along 10 important evolutionary routes is obtained, and the present technical state and the future potential state of the vehicle conveyor along each evolutionary route are pointed out. It has a certain guiding function to the future research and development of the vehicle handling device. Based on the study of the common tools for solving problems in TRIZ theory, a process model for solving the technical problems encountered in the design process by using Triz 'parametric bridge "is put forward in view of the defects existing in the existing gripper truck conveyors. The model is applied to solve the technical conflicts encountered in the design of the new type of vehicle conveyer and a new design scheme is proposed. In view of the lack of the function of the vehicle position adjustment in the present vehicle conveyer, the matching usage scheme of the position adjusting device and the new type of vehicle handling device is put forward. In view of the defects of hydraulic lift, the innovative design scheme of the new type of lift car conveyer is put forward. Finally, the innovative design scheme is evaluated and summarized, which has some reference value for the future research and development of vehicle handling device.
