基于貝克曼梁的后插式自動彎沉檢測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:公路交通作為最主要的交通方式,其是否能運(yùn)行順暢,已影響到整個國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)是否能平穩(wěn)向前發(fā)展,尤其是公路質(zhì)量更是公路交通的基礎(chǔ)。近年來隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)、迅速的發(fā)展,各級公路在建設(shè)和維護(hù)過程中,對檢測環(huán)節(jié)也越來越重視。其中彎沉作為反映路面路基整體強(qiáng)度的一個重要指標(biāo),對其進(jìn)行檢測和評估也早已是公路建設(shè)和維護(hù)過程中一個必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。目前國內(nèi)外的彎沉檢測儀器還主要是貝克曼梁彎沉儀和落錘彎沉儀等,這些彎沉儀雖各有優(yōu)勢,,但為了實(shí)現(xiàn)快速、準(zhǔn)確的檢測效果,必須對現(xiàn)有的檢測裝置進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。 本文首先對當(dāng)今國內(nèi)外廣泛使用的彎沉檢測技術(shù)進(jìn)行了較為詳盡的介紹。其次詳細(xì)介紹一種應(yīng)用了激光傳感器技術(shù)的新型貝克曼梁彎沉儀。并針對這種應(yīng)用了激光傳感器技術(shù)的新型貝克曼梁彎沉儀,設(shè)計(jì)出一套較為合理的自動彎沉檢測系統(tǒng)。該檢測系統(tǒng)能實(shí)現(xiàn)快速檢測,提高了檢測的智能化,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)直接測量回彈彎沉的要求。本文結(jié)合實(shí)際,對檢測系統(tǒng)的主要構(gòu)件進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算并最終選型;并對整個系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行DSP控制,在論文最后一部分,為了使該系統(tǒng)在未來實(shí)際中更好的應(yīng)用,針對檢測系統(tǒng)核心部件光電貝克曼梁,進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析。
[Abstract]:As the most important way of transportation, road traffic can run smoothly, which has influenced the economy of the whole country to develop smoothly, especially the highway quality is the foundation of road traffic. In recent years, with the steady and rapid development of our country's economy, the detection links are becoming more and more heavy in the process of construction and maintenance at all levels. As an important indicator to reflect the overall strength of the pavement subgrade, the measurement and evaluation of the deflection of the pavement has long been a necessary link in the process of highway construction and maintenance. At present, the main deflection measuring instruments at home and abroad are the Backman beam deflection instrument and the drop hammer deflection instrument. To achieve fast and accurate detection results, it is necessary to improve the existing detection devices.
This paper first gives a detailed introduction to the widely used deflection detection technology at home and abroad. Secondly, a new type of Backman beam deflection instrument with laser sensor technology is introduced in detail. And a new set of more reasonable automatic deflection sinks is designed for a new type of Backman beam deflection instrument, which is applied to the laser sensor technology. The detection system can achieve rapid detection, improve the intelligence of detection, and finally realize the requirement of direct measurement of rebound deflection. This paper, combining the actual situation, carries out preliminary design calculation and final selection of the main components of the detection system, and carries out DSP control to the whole system, in the last part of the paper, in order to make the system not For better practical application, modal analysis is carried out for the photoelectric Backman beam of the core component of the detection system.
