忠萬(wàn)高速公路A8項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for expressways has become more and more large, and the construction of highway projects has been developed rapidly. At the same time, the uncertain factors of the highway construction are more and more, and the relationship between the various factors is becoming more and more complex, Therefore, the construction of the project is more difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the construction of the whole project. The highway project is a large investment, a long period of construction and many projects involving a large number of units. There are many factors affecting the construction progress. At this time, it is necessary to manage the progress of the project, allocate reasonable resources and coordinate the construction of the project. The project management is a complex process. It is necessary to use scientific methods to compile the project construction schedule and put it into practice. In the construction process of the project, it is necessary to track whether the actual progress of the project is carried out according to the original plan, if inconsistent, It is necessary to analyze the reasons for the existence of the deviation and adjust the original schedule to the completion of the project. On the basis of a large number of documents about the project construction progress management at home and abroad, this paper defines the concept of the project construction progress management, analyzes the characteristics of the construction progress management of the highway project, and probes into the human and technical skills. The influence of factors such as operation, engineering material and equipment, cost, natural environment and social environment on the management of construction progress target of expressway project. After that, the present situation of construction management of the A8 project of Zhong Wan expressway is introduced, the management goal of the project construction progress is clarified, and the specific situation of the construction progress plan and implementation of the project is analyzed. After the situation, the corresponding project construction schedule management control and guarantee measures are put forward to ensure the construction project can be completed successfully. To a certain extent, it provides some suggestions for the construction progress management of the expressway project.
