【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高,對(duì)高速公路的需求變得越來(lái)越大,高速公路項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)得到了飛速的發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),高速公路項(xiàng)目建設(shè)所面臨的不確定因素也越來(lái)越多,而且各影響因素之間的關(guān)系也越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,加大了工程施工難度。因此,對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃地管理是十分必要的。高速公路項(xiàng)目是一項(xiàng)投資規(guī)模大、建設(shè)周期長(zhǎng)、涉及單位眾多的工程,影響其施工進(jìn)度的因素很多,這時(shí)就需要對(duì)施工進(jìn)度進(jìn)行管理,進(jìn)行合理的資源配置并協(xié)調(diào)各參與單位,確保項(xiàng)目管理目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過(guò)程,需要采用科學(xué)的方法編制項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并將其付諸實(shí)踐。在項(xiàng)目的施工過(guò)程中,要跟蹤檢查項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際進(jìn)度是否依照原定計(jì)劃進(jìn)行,如果出現(xiàn)不一致,則要分析偏差存在的原因,將原有進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行適度的調(diào)整,直至項(xiàng)目的完成。本文在研究了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理的概念,分析了高速公路項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理的特點(diǎn),探討了人為、技術(shù)、工程材料及設(shè)備、成本、自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境等因素對(duì)高速公路項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度目標(biāo)管理的影響。緊接著,介紹了忠萬(wàn)高速公路A8項(xiàng)目的施工管理現(xiàn)狀,明確了項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理目標(biāo),并且在分析了項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制與實(shí)施的具體情況之后,提出了相應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理控制及保障措施,以確保建設(shè)項(xiàng)目能夠順利完工,在一定程度上對(duì)高速公路項(xiàng)目的施工進(jìn)度管理提供了可以參考的意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for expressways has become more and more large, and the construction of highway projects has been developed rapidly. At the same time, the uncertain factors of the highway construction are more and more, and the relationship between the various factors is becoming more and more complex, Therefore, the construction of the project is more difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the construction of the whole project. The highway project is a large investment, a long period of construction and many projects involving a large number of units. There are many factors affecting the construction progress. At this time, it is necessary to manage the progress of the project, allocate reasonable resources and coordinate the construction of the project. The project management is a complex process. It is necessary to use scientific methods to compile the project construction schedule and put it into practice. In the construction process of the project, it is necessary to track whether the actual progress of the project is carried out according to the original plan, if inconsistent, It is necessary to analyze the reasons for the existence of the deviation and adjust the original schedule to the completion of the project. On the basis of a large number of documents about the project construction progress management at home and abroad, this paper defines the concept of the project construction progress management, analyzes the characteristics of the construction progress management of the highway project, and probes into the human and technical skills. The influence of factors such as operation, engineering material and equipment, cost, natural environment and social environment on the management of construction progress target of expressway project. After that, the present situation of construction management of the A8 project of Zhong Wan expressway is introduced, the management goal of the project construction progress is clarified, and the specific situation of the construction progress plan and implementation of the project is analyzed. After the situation, the corresponding project construction schedule management control and guarantee measures are put forward to ensure the construction project can be completed successfully. To a certain extent, it provides some suggestions for the construction progress management of the expressway project.
