【摘要】：介紹交通信息基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)元系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂的背景和使用意義,從技術(shù)層面論述數(shù)據(jù)元概念,分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的編制原則和方法,闡述該系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在交通運輸行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的基礎(chǔ)地位及其對行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)展起到的引領(lǐng)作用,并對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在交通運輸行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)和數(shù)據(jù)共享應(yīng)用中發(fā)揮的作用進行分析。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the background and application significance of the revision of the basic data element standard system of traffic information, discusses the concept of data element from the technical level, and analyzes the principles and methods of compiling the standard. This paper expounds the basic position of this series of standards in the standards of transportation industry and its leading role in the development of the industry data standards, and analyzes the role of the standards in the construction of information and the application of data sharing in the transportation industry.
