常用密級(jí)配瀝青混凝土路面淺層劈裂強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)方法研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó),瀝青路面由于強(qiáng)度不足而常常發(fā)生淺層破壞,但淺層強(qiáng)度尚無(wú)有效的檢測(cè)手段。課題組自行研發(fā)的貫入式路面淺層強(qiáng)度探測(cè)儀能夠檢測(cè)瀝青路面淺層的劈裂強(qiáng)度,,但還缺少完備的檢測(cè)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文在已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)、運(yùn)用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)理論深入研究了劈裂強(qiáng)度的影響因素,建立了系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和評(píng)價(jià)方法。 首先,為了提高研究結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確度,分析了已有研究的不足,并進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)。 其次,分析了溫度、壓實(shí)水平以及級(jí)配三個(gè)因素對(duì)瀝青混合料劈裂強(qiáng)度以及均貫深度的影響程度,對(duì)比了劈裂強(qiáng)度和均貫深度的變化行為,提出了劈裂強(qiáng)度和均貫深度的溫度修正方法。 進(jìn)而,以實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),重點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了劈裂強(qiáng)度的指數(shù)估計(jì)模型和反比例函數(shù)估計(jì)模型,詳細(xì)分析了兩個(gè)模型的特點(diǎn),給出了估計(jì)模型的精度以及使用方法,以此作為路面淺層劈裂強(qiáng)度和檢測(cè)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 最后,對(duì)比了指數(shù)估計(jì)模型和反比例函數(shù)估計(jì)模型的異同和適用性,給出了估計(jì)模型的使用建議,總結(jié)了檢測(cè)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的級(jí)配差異性,并基于Matlab開(kāi)發(fā)了配套的數(shù)據(jù)處理程序。 研究結(jié)果表明,結(jié)合本文提出的檢測(cè)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn),貫入式路面淺層強(qiáng)度探測(cè)儀可以有效地檢測(cè)瀝青路面淺層劈裂強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:In our country, asphalt pavement is often damaged by shallow layer because of insufficient strength, but there is no effective testing method for shallow layer strength. The penetration type shallow layer strength detector developed by our team can detect the splitting strength of the shallow layer of asphalt pavement, but there is still a lack of a complete reference standard. On the basis of the existing research results, this paper designs experiments, studies the influencing factors of splitting strength by using mathematical statistics theory, and establishes a systematic test reference standard and evaluation method. Firstly, in order to improve the accuracy of the research results, the shortcomings of the existing research are analyzed and the corresponding improvements are made. Secondly, the influence of temperature, compaction level and gradation on the splitting strength and average penetration depth of asphalt mixture is analyzed, and the variation behavior of splitting strength and uniform penetration depth is compared. A temperature correction method for splitting strength and uniform penetration depth is proposed. Then, based on the experimental data, the exponential estimation model of splitting strength and the inverse proportional function estimation model are constructed. The characteristics of the two models are analyzed in detail, and the accuracy and application method of the two models are given. It is used as the reference standard for pavement shallow-layer splitting strength and detection. Finally, the similarities and differences between the exponential estimation model and the inverse proportional function estimation model are compared, the suggestions for the use of the estimation model are given, the gradation differences of the detection reference standards are summarized, and a corresponding data processing program based on Matlab is developed. The research results show that, combined with the reference standard proposed in this paper, the penetration type shallow pavement strength detector can effectively detect the shallow-layer splitting strength of asphalt pavement.
