天津五洲國際碼頭電量采集管理分析系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)能源的消費(fèi)是多種類,多層次的,,有縱向、橫向的管理劃分,錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜,為使各種雜亂無章的能源管理工作走向有序,綜合能源管理方案勢(shì)在必然。 本文研究內(nèi)容主要是天津港集團(tuán)公司承擔(dān)的交通部的第二批節(jié)能減排示范項(xiàng)目所進(jìn)行的一個(gè)技改項(xiàng)目。 本文介紹了我國能源管理的現(xiàn)狀和管理模式,港口能源管理的必要性和措施,通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外電能表及遠(yuǎn)程抄表系統(tǒng)及天津五洲碼頭電表遠(yuǎn)程傳輸系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行分析,提出了天津五洲碼頭電表遠(yuǎn)程傳輸系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)方案。 本文研究的天津五洲國際碼頭電量采集管理分析系統(tǒng)具有如下功能與作用: 1.電能量自動(dòng)采集分析系統(tǒng)解決方案解決了企業(yè)內(nèi)部能源消費(fèi)分化數(shù)據(jù)缺失的后顧之憂,很直接、很透明地顯示了各類基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)?梢詫(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的分時(shí)段比較、分類統(tǒng)計(jì)以及分區(qū)域匯總等多種目標(biāo),自動(dòng)生成各類報(bào)表數(shù)據(jù),為企業(yè)能源管理自動(dòng)化提供強(qiáng)大技術(shù)支撐,促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)方式與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。 2.可以根據(jù)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)隨時(shí)與電力公司總表數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行核對(duì),通過檢測(cè)率確定數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性,同時(shí)檢測(cè)電表是否正常運(yùn)行,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題進(jìn)行更換及維修,減少數(shù)據(jù)偏差。 3.為了體現(xiàn)電能量自動(dòng)采集分析系統(tǒng)的功用,自動(dòng)采集的電能量既可提供給能源管理信息系統(tǒng)所使用,也可提供給公司生產(chǎn)管理應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)所使用,為公司的生產(chǎn)管理服務(wù)。 4.利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),自動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù),數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)等信息技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)電能量數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)采集與存儲(chǔ),為公司生產(chǎn)管理與節(jié)能管理提供動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),避免數(shù)據(jù)的重復(fù)錄入。
[Abstract]:Enterprise energy consumption is multi-type, multi-level, vertical, horizontal management division, intricate, in order to make a variety of chaotic energy management work towards an orderly, comprehensive energy management plan in the inevitable. The research content of this paper is mainly a technical innovation project of the second batch of energy saving and emission reduction demonstration project undertaken by Tianjin Port Group Company. This paper introduces the present situation and management mode of energy management in China, the necessity and measure of energy management in port, and analyzes the demand of electric energy meter and remote meter reading system at home and abroad as well as the remote transmission system of electric meter in Tianjin Wuzhou wharf. The technical scheme of remote transmission system for electric meter of Tianjin Wuzhou Wharf is put forward. The electric quantity collection and management system of Tianjin Wuzhou international wharf studied in this paper has the following functions and functions: 1. The solution of electric energy automatic acquisition and analysis system solves the problem of missing data of energy consumption differentiation in enterprise. It shows all kinds of basic data directly and transparently. It can realize the objectives of enterprise's time division comparison, classification and statistics, regional summary and so on, automatically generate all kinds of report form data, provide powerful technical support for enterprise energy management automation, and promote the production mode to keep pace with the times. 2. According to the system data and power company summary table data can be checked at any time, through the detection rate to determine the accuracy of the data, at the same time check whether the meter is running normally, timely detection of problems for replacement and maintenance, reduce the data deviation. In order to reflect the function of the electric energy automatic acquisition and analysis system, the automatically collected electric energy can be provided for the use of the energy management information system as well as the production management application system of the company. For the company's production management services. 4. By using computer network technology, automatic data acquisition technology, database technology and other information technologies, the electric energy data can be automatically collected and stored, which can provide dynamic and real-time basic data for the production management and energy saving management of the company. Avoid duplicate data entry.
