基于綜合碼頭的物流系統(tǒng)仿真分析

【摘要】:近年來全球物流運(yùn)輸業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,更是給港口物流業(yè)帶來了前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)?紤]到運(yùn)輸過程中市場多樣化的需求、碼頭吞吐量的不斷增長以及保證碼頭物流生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營系統(tǒng)高效率的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)等等因素,結(jié)合世界物流運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展趨勢,在今后一段時期內(nèi),我國港口碼頭建設(shè)如能采用兼?zhèn)浼b箱和件雜貨作業(yè)的綜合碼頭則將是比較經(jīng)濟(jì)和現(xiàn)實(shí)的途徑。面對日益增長的港口貨物吞吐量,如何對港口物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行更加合理有效的規(guī)劃,以最大限度地發(fā)揮其作業(yè)能力,是目前急需解決的問題,開展這方面的研究勢在必行,具有重大意義。本文以Em-plant軟件為仿真平臺,重慶港某綜合碼頭為實(shí)例對其物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行深入的仿真分析,使得本課題的研究具有理論及實(shí)際價值。論文主要工作包括以下內(nèi)容: (1)闡述了課題研究的背景和意義,系統(tǒng)分析了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)港口物流系統(tǒng)建模仿真技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,并明確了本文主要研究內(nèi)容。 (2)研究分析了綜合碼頭的基本組成,碼頭特征及布置原則、碼頭的進(jìn)出口作業(yè)流程,在此基礎(chǔ)上對其裝卸工藝系統(tǒng)以及碼頭物流系統(tǒng)交通流量來源進(jìn)行了分析,最后闡述了碼頭的物流系統(tǒng)性能評價指標(biāo)的含義。 (3)闡述了Em-plant軟件的特點(diǎn)、仿真中軟件提供的基本建模單元,,仿真建模步驟,并重點(diǎn)研究分析了碼頭仿真建模中的仿真策略以及碼頭隨機(jī)事件變量,為其物流系統(tǒng)仿真分析做好了充分的理論準(zhǔn)備。 (4)以某綜合碼頭為實(shí)例,結(jié)合碼頭的相關(guān)實(shí)際參數(shù)和仿真目標(biāo)的要求,在Em-plant仿真環(huán)境下對它仿真建模,模型中對碼頭設(shè)施設(shè)備合理地簡化,通過對裝卸船、集疏運(yùn)、堆場道路、性能統(tǒng)計參數(shù)四個主要模塊仿真的實(shí)現(xiàn),模擬了碼頭船舶到港靠泊、岸橋裝卸船作業(yè)、集卡水平運(yùn)輸以及堆場作業(yè)的動態(tài)過程,仿真輸出了碼頭吞吐量、泊位利用率、船舶在港停留總時間、港口主要干道交通流量等碼頭性能評價指標(biāo)的值,最后基于仿真模型對碼頭物流系統(tǒng)中的岸橋設(shè)備配置、集卡調(diào)度策略等關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行了研究,通過數(shù)據(jù)分析得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of the global logistics industry has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the port logistics industry. Considering the diversified demand of the market in the course of transportation, the increasing throughput of the terminals and the efficient operation of the logistics production and operation system of the wharf, and taking into account the development trend of the world logistics transportation, and in the coming period, It will be an economical and practical way to construct the port wharf in our country if it can adopt the integrated wharf with both container and groceries. Facing the increasing port cargo throughput, how to plan the port logistics system more reasonably and effectively so as to give full play to its operational capability is a problem urgently needed to be solved at present. It is imperative to carry out the research in this field. Of great significance. In this paper, the em-plant software is used as the simulation platform, and an example of Chongqing port is used to simulate and analyze the logistics system, which makes the research of this subject have theoretical and practical value. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the background and significance of the research are described, and the research status of modeling and simulation technology of port logistics system is analyzed systematically. The main research contents of this paper are defined. (2) the basic composition, the characteristics and layout principles of the integrated wharf, the operation flow of import and export of the wharf are studied and analyzed. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the loading and unloading process system and the traffic flow source of the terminal logistics system. Finally, the meaning of the evaluation index of the logistics system performance of the wharf is expounded. (3) the characteristics of the Em-plant software are expounded. The basic modeling unit provided by the software, the simulation modeling steps, and the simulation strategy and random event variables of the wharf simulation are studied and analyzed. The simulation and analysis of the logistics system is well prepared. (4) taking a comprehensive wharf as an example, combining with the actual parameters of the wharf and the requirements of the simulation target, the simulation model is established under the em-plant simulation environment. In the model, the facilities of the wharf are reasonably simplified. Through the simulation of the four main modules of loading and unloading ship, collecting and distributing road, stacking yard road and performance statistics parameter, the dock ship berthing and loading and unloading operation on the shore bridge are simulated. The dynamic process of collecting card horizontal transportation and yard operation is simulated and outputted the terminal throughput, berth utilization ratio, the total stay time of the ship in port, the traffic flow of the main trunk roads of the port, and so on. Finally, based on the simulation model, the paper studies the key problems such as the equipment configuration of the quayside bridge and the card collection scheduling strategy in the logistics system of the wharf, and draws a conclusion through the analysis of the data.
