【摘要】：汽車主動式頭枕能夠在汽車追尾碰撞時有效地減小頭枕和頭部的間距,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)保護(hù)乘車者頸部的作用。針對現(xiàn)有汽車主動式頭枕裝置的設(shè)計缺陷與不足,提出運(yùn)用TRIZ理論對主動式頭枕機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計,優(yōu)化設(shè)計了一種基于分割創(chuàng)新原理的非聯(lián)動式汽車座椅主動式頭枕裝置,然后通過UG/Motion功能模塊對所設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動仿真分析。分析結(jié)果表明機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動軌跡符合設(shè)計要求,運(yùn)動過程無干涉發(fā)生,從而驗(yàn)證了本機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計的可行性與正確性。
[Abstract]:The active headrest can effectively reduce the distance between the headrest and the head during the rear-end collision, so as to protect the neck of the passenger. In view of the defects and shortcomings of the existing active headrest device, this paper presents a novel design of the active headrest mechanism based on Triz theory, and optimizes the design of an active headrest device based on the principle of segmentation and innovation. Then the motion simulation analysis of the designed mechanism is carried out through the function module of UG / Motion. The analysis results show that the motion track of the mechanism meets the design requirements, and the movement process has no interference, which verifies the feasibility and correctness of the mechanism design.
