綿陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著綿陽(yáng)市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,停車(chē)供需問(wèn)題日益突出。建設(shè)停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng),通過(guò)智能探測(cè)技術(shù)將分散在各處的停車(chē)場(chǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)上傳,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)停車(chē)場(chǎng)停車(chē)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)發(fā)布,進(jìn)而司機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)便捷停車(chē),以減少無(wú)序巡游車(chē)流,促進(jìn)城市停車(chē)系統(tǒng)的完善。在研究過(guò)程中,首先對(duì)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,闡述了停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)有模式分析,提出了停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu),并對(duì)目前的停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。為將停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)模式與綿陽(yáng)市實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,在概括描述綿陽(yáng)市城市發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,從居民出行、城市道路、城市公交、城市交通管理等方面闡述了綿陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)交通基本特點(diǎn),并對(duì)現(xiàn)狀城市停車(chē)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析。在分析綿陽(yáng)市現(xiàn)狀交通的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒停車(chē)泊位預(yù)測(cè)技術(shù),提出了綿陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)基本模式,具體包括信息采集、信息傳輸、信息處理、信息發(fā)布四大模塊,并探討了停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的控制模式和停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)區(qū)域劃分準(zhǔn)則。依據(jù)綿陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)基本模式,提出了綿陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案,具體包括停車(chē)資源總體布局、停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)布局、停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)主要技術(shù)要求等。綜上所述,研究所提出的綿陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)方案,不僅可以為綿陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)提供較高的科學(xué)依據(jù),也在一定程度上滿(mǎn)足了道路交通管理部門(mén)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理的需求,更能作為停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的重要參考。綿陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的研究,是基于綿陽(yáng)市的當(dāng)前環(huán)境進(jìn)行規(guī)劃分析,隨著環(huán)境因素的變遷,停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的方案也將隨之改變,故研究所提出的綿陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)只是龐大停車(chē)誘導(dǎo)體系的一個(gè)開(kāi)端。
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of Mianyang's economy and society, the problem of parking supply and demand is becoming more and more prominent. The parking guidance system is built, the intelligent network data is uploaded through the intelligent detection technology, the parking data is released in real time, and the driver can stop the car conveniently, so as to reduce the traffic flow of the disordered parade. To promote the improvement of urban parking system. In the course of the research, the current situation of the parking guidance system is systematically analyzed, the existing pattern of parking guidance system is analyzed, the structure of the parking guidance system is put forward, and the construction scheme of the parking guidance system is summarized. In order to combine the construction mode of parking guidance system with the actual situation of Mianyang City, on the basis of describing the urban development of Mianyang City, from the residents travel, urban roads, urban public transport, This paper expounds the basic characteristics of urban traffic in Mianyang city center, and analyzes the present situation of urban parking system. On the basis of analyzing the current traffic situation in Mianyang city, and using the parking berth prediction technology for reference, the paper puts forward the basic parking guidance model of Mianyang city center, which includes four modules: information collection, information transmission, information processing and information release. The control mode of parking guidance system and the partition criterion of parking guidance area are also discussed. According to the basic pattern of parking guidance in downtown Mianyang, the construction scheme of parking guidance system in downtown Mianyang is put forward, including the overall layout of parking resources, the main technical requirements of parking guidance system and so on. To sum up, the construction scheme of parking guidance system in downtown Mianyang city can not only provide a high scientific basis for the construction of parking guidance system in downtown Mianyang city. To some extent, it can meet the demand of dynamic management of road traffic management department, and it can be used as an important reference for the further development of parking guidance system. The research of parking guidance system in Mianyang city center is based on the current environment of Mianyang city. With the change of environmental factors, the scheme of parking guidance system will also change. Therefore, the parking guidance system proposed by the study is only the beginning of a large parking guidance system.
