高彈高粘瀝青超薄磨耗層在道路改造工程中的應用

【摘要】:超薄磨耗層是一種新型的路面養(yǎng)護技術,雖然設計厚度比較。15mm~25mm),但是在解決輕微裂縫、路面松散、表面貧油、車轍(小于15mm)、老化及路面滲水等方面卻表現出顯著的效果,因此在舊瀝青路面功能性恢復中經常使用。除此之外,將超薄磨耗層應用在新建公路表面功能層上,不但在一定程度上保證了路面的行車質量,而且也延長了道路使用壽命,所以也漸漸得到社會的認可。 本文選取了可以用在超薄層中的三種級配即間斷級配的SMA、開級配的OGFC、半開級配的NovaChip TypeB。在級配改變的同時,,瀝青膠結料也發(fā)生相應的改變。通過室內試驗在對組成材料的各項物理性能指標、配合比的設計、以及路用性能的研究的基礎上,經過分析可以知道,當改變?yōu)r青膠結料種類時,半開級配NovaChip TypeB整體穩(wěn)定性比較好,抵抗外界破壞強度比較高。同時針對超薄層對瀝青的要求,配置了高彈高粘瀝青。雖然在同種級配下,該瀝青的應用使最佳油量大大提高,然而它與礦料間的強烈粘附作用,卻使路面在抵抗水損害方面大大提高。 最后綜合考慮,在本文對超薄磨耗層技術要求下,將高彈高粘瀝青與半開級配NovaChip TypeB相結合,應用在了福州市五一路路面改造工程中。該施工中采用的是同步施工技術,施工過程中嚴格把關,最后在路面驗收檢測中,各指標均能滿足磨耗層規(guī)范的技術要求。通過此次課題研究,綜合經濟效益,以及社會效益,高彈高粘瀝青超薄磨耗層在城市道路改造中可以進一步的推廣和應用。并希望以此能為我國超薄磨耗層的進一步發(fā)展帶來幫助和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The ultra-thin wear layer is a new type of pavement maintenance technology. Although it is designed to be 15 mm to 25 mm in thickness, it has a remarkable effect in solving slight cracks, loose pavement, poor surface oil, rutting (less than 15mm), aging and seepage of pavement, etc. Therefore, it is often used in the functional recovery of old asphalt pavement. In addition, the application of ultra-thin wear layer on the surface functional layer of new highway not only ensures the driving quality of the road to a certain extent, but also prolongs the service life of the road, so it is gradually recognized by the society. In this paper, we select three kinds of gradation (SMA, OGFC, NovaChip TypeB), which can be used in ultra-thin layer, which are discontinuous gradation, OGFC, and NovaChip TypeB, which can be used in ultrathin layer. At the same time of grading change, asphalt binder also has corresponding changes. On the basis of the research on the physical performance index, the mix ratio design and the road performance of the composition material, through the laboratory test, we can know that when changing the kind of asphalt binder, NovaChip TypeB with semi-open gradation has good overall stability and high resistance to external damage. At the same time, high elastic and high viscosity asphalt is arranged according to the requirement of super thin layer. Although the application of the asphalt in the same gradation has greatly increased the optimum oil content, the strong adhesion between the asphalt and the mineral aggregate has greatly increased the resistance of the pavement to water damage. Finally, according to the technical requirements of ultra-thin wear layer, the paper combines high elastic high viscosity asphalt with semi-open graded NovaChip type B, and applies it to the Wuyi pavement reconstruction project in Fuzhou. In this construction, the synchronous construction technology is adopted, the construction process is strictly checked, and finally, in the pavement acceptance inspection, each index can meet the technical requirements of the wear layer specification. Through this research, comprehensive economic benefit and social benefit, the ultra-thin wear layer of high elasticity and high viscosity asphalt can be further popularized and applied in urban road reconstruction. It is hoped that this will be helpful and useful for the further development of ultra-thin wear layer in China.
