撐架式鋼筋混凝土連續(xù)梁橋的檢測評估方法與維修加固設(shè)計

【摘要】:國內(nèi)外既有橋梁隨著運營時間的增加,均存在或多或少的缺陷與損傷,為確保其安全正常運營,必要條件下需采取有針對性的維修加固措施。既有橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的性能評估是采取合理有效維修加固措施的前提和基礎(chǔ)。此外,維修加固后橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的性能評估則是判斷其加固效果和結(jié)構(gòu)性能的必要手段。 本文以東莞市萬江大橋舊主橋(撐架式混凝土連續(xù)梁橋)為例,采用有限元理論分析結(jié)合現(xiàn)場靜、動載試驗對受損前后和加固前后實橋進行檢測,并根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果對關(guān)鍵截面進行了承載能力評估,綜合分析比較加固前后試驗結(jié)果,研究了該橋加固前后的受力性能,對實橋的加固效果進行評定,以此驗證了采用有限元理論分析結(jié)合現(xiàn)場靜動載試驗進行橋梁評估的可行性,以及該橋加固方法的合理性。主要對以下幾方面進行了探討和研究: 1、對鋼筋混凝土橋梁常用的檢測和評估方法進行了歸納和總結(jié),,并對其常用的維修加固方法進行簡單介紹。 2、以實橋為例,介紹了其檢測內(nèi)容,繼而對其主要受損和病害情況進行了調(diào)查,并根據(jù)病害調(diào)查、有限元分析結(jié)合現(xiàn)場靜、動載試驗結(jié)果對該橋進行了加固前、后的承載能力評估,為維修加固提供了依據(jù),并驗證了該橋的加固方法的合理性。 3、介紹橋梁加固設(shè)計的原則,并結(jié)合實橋的實際情況和結(jié)構(gòu)特點,對其采用的體外預(yù)應(yīng)力勁性混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)維修加固方法的方案和施工工序進行了簡要介紹。
[Abstract]:The existing bridges at home and abroad have more or less defects and damages with the increase of operation time. In order to ensure their safe and normal operation, the necessary conditions need to take targeted maintenance and reinforcement measures. The performance evaluation of existing bridge structure is the premise and foundation of taking reasonable and effective maintenance and reinforcement measures. In addition, the performance evaluation of the bridge structure after maintenance and reinforcement is a necessary means to judge the reinforcement effect and structure performance. Taking the old main bridge of Wanjiang Bridge in Dongguan City as an example, the finite element theory analysis combined with site static and dynamic load test is used to detect the real bridge before and after the damage and before and after reinforcement. According to the test results, the load-bearing capacity of the key sections is evaluated. After comprehensive analysis and comparison of the experimental results before and after reinforcement, the mechanical performance of the bridge before and after reinforcement is studied, and the reinforcement effect of the real bridge is evaluated. The feasibility of using the finite element theory analysis and static and dynamic load test to evaluate the bridge is verified, and the rationality of the reinforcement method of the bridge is also verified. This paper mainly discusses and studies the following aspects: 1. The common detection and evaluation methods of reinforced concrete bridges are summarized and summarized. Secondly, taking the real bridge as an example, the detection contents of the bridge are introduced, and then the main damage and the condition of the disease are investigated. According to the disease investigation, the finite element analysis is combined with the site static analysis. The results of dynamic load test have evaluated the bearing capacity of the bridge before and after reinforcement, which provides the basis for maintenance and reinforcement, and verifies the rationality of the reinforcement method of the bridge. 3. The principles of bridge reinforcement design are introduced. Combined with the actual situation and structural characteristics of the real bridge, the scheme and construction procedure of the external prestressed stiffened concrete structure maintenance and reinforcement are briefly introduced.
