長江干線集裝箱運(yùn)輸市場及船型問題研究

【摘要】:隨著近年來長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的發(fā)展,作為連接我國內(nèi)陸與沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的重要紐帶,長江干線集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)氖袌霾粩喟l(fā)展壯大,對促進(jìn)地區(qū)間物資流通和流域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用。長江干線沿岸經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時集裝箱吞吐量也在不斷增大,對于集裝箱水運(yùn)的需求也進(jìn)一步增加。因而,按如今長江干線集裝箱船型的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,無論是在運(yùn)輸效率還是運(yùn)輸服務(wù)質(zhì)量方面遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的要求。因此,集裝箱船舶的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化趨勢也日益明顯。 本文首先在分析了國內(nèi)外內(nèi)河集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展沿革的基礎(chǔ)上,從長江干線集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展過程中存在的主要問題以及洋山港的建設(shè)對長江集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的影響分析了長江干線集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展趨勢。并且運(yùn)用灰色預(yù)測方法對長江干線集裝箱吞吐量進(jìn)行了預(yù)測。然后,從長江干線集裝箱船型的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和對船型發(fā)展的影響因素方面分析了船型的發(fā)展趨勢,并概述了長江干線集裝箱運(yùn)輸船型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展趨勢。隨后指出為了適應(yīng)集裝箱船舶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展趨勢,根據(jù)船型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工程的需要有必要推廣長江干線集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)臉?biāo)準(zhǔn)化船型。 以上述集裝箱船舶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展為前提,選取了技術(shù)性指標(biāo)、經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)以及節(jié)能環(huán)保性指標(biāo)等,并且以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建了船型選擇方案的多目標(biāo)多層次模糊優(yōu)選模型。其中,以部分經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)和節(jié)能環(huán)保性指標(biāo)越低越好為目標(biāo),運(yùn)用構(gòu)建的模型進(jìn)行模糊優(yōu)選。根據(jù)推進(jìn)長江船型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工程的需要,將已經(jīng)發(fā)布的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化集裝箱船型作為候選船型,并以武漢港到洋山港典型航線為例,進(jìn)行計算并求解,最后得到船舶尺度上可行、經(jīng)濟(jì)效果良好和滿足節(jié)能環(huán)保性的最優(yōu)船型。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Yangtze River economic belt in recent years, as an important link between inland and coastal economic and trade in China, the container transport market of the Yangtze River trunk line has been growing. It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the circulation of goods between regions and the development of river basin economy. With the development of economy along the Yangtze River, the container throughput is increasing, and the demand for container shipping is also increasing. Therefore, according to the present situation of the container ship type in the Yangtze River trunk line, it is far from being able to meet the requirements of container transport development in terms of transport efficiency and transport service quality. Therefore, the standardization trend of container ships is becoming more and more obvious. Firstly, based on the analysis of the development history of inland river container transportation at home and abroad, this paper starts with the status quo of container transport development in the main line of the Yangtze River. The main problems in the development process and the influence of the construction of Yangshan Port on the development of the Yangtze River container transportation are analyzed. And the grey prediction method is used to predict the container throughput of the Yangtze River trunk line. Then, the development trend of ship type is analyzed in terms of the present situation of container ship type in the main line of the Yangtze River and the influencing factors on the development of ship type, and the development trend of the standardization of container ship type in the main line of the Yangtze River is summarized. Then it is pointed out that in order to adapt to the development trend of container ship standardization, it is necessary to popularize the standardized ship type of container transportation in the Yangtze River trunk line according to the need of ship type standardization project. The technical index, economic index and energy saving and environmental protection index are selected, and the multi-objective and multi-level fuzzy optimal selection model of ship type selection scheme is constructed. The lower the economic index and the lower the environmental protection index are, the better the fuzzy optimal selection is based on the constructed model. According to the need of promoting the Yangtze River ship type standardization project, the standardized container ship type that has been published is taken as the candidate ship type. Taking the typical route from Wuhan Port to Yangshan Port as an example, the calculation and solution are carried out. Finally, the ship scale feasibility is obtained. The optimal ship form with good economic effect and energy saving and environmental protection.
