聚合物改性瀝青細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)及高溫性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)包括內(nèi)蒙古在內(nèi)的西部地區(qū)常用的3種聚合物改性瀝青(膠粉改性瀝青、SBS改性瀝青及復(fù)合膠粉改性瀝青),利用掃描電鏡(SEM)對(duì)比觀察了廢膠粉和SBS改性劑、普通瀝青及3種改性瀝青的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)形貌,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種改性劑均具有網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),3種改性瀝青中橡膠粉及SBS改性劑都與瀝青融合性良好;利用針入度粘度指數(shù)PVN和粘溫指數(shù)VTS對(duì)3種改性瀝青的感溫性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)膠粉改性瀝青具有最小的溫度敏感性;利用動(dòng)態(tài)剪切流變?cè)囼?yàn),通過研究復(fù)數(shù)剪切模量G*及相位角δ隨溫度及頻率變化的規(guī)律并利用改進(jìn)的車轍因子對(duì)3種改性瀝青的高溫性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),得出膠粉改性瀝青具有最好的高溫穩(wěn)定性,其次為復(fù)合膠粉改性瀝青,并且從改性瀝青微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的角度出發(fā)解釋了3種改性瀝青溫度敏感性與高溫變形性能存在此種規(guī)律的原因。
[Abstract]:In this paper, three kinds of polymer modified asphalt (rubber powder modified asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and compound rubber powder modified asphalt), which are commonly used in western region including Inner Mongolia, are compared and observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the waste rubber powder and SBS modifier are compared and observed. The microstructure and morphology of ordinary asphalt and three kinds of modified asphalt show that the rubber powder and SBS modifier of the three kinds of modified asphalt have good blending property with asphalt. The temperature sensitivity of three kinds of modified asphalt was evaluated by penetration viscosity index (PVN) and viscosity temperature index (VTS). By studying the variation of complex shear modulus G * and phase angle 未 with temperature and frequency, and using the improved rutting factor to evaluate the high temperature performance of three kinds of modified asphalt, it is concluded that rubber powder modified asphalt has the best high temperature stability. Secondly, the asphalt modified by compound rubber powder is introduced, and the reason of temperature sensitivity and high temperature deformation property of three kinds of modified asphalt is explained from the point of view of the microstructure of modified asphalt.
