【摘要】：人工心理和情緒計算作為新興科技中具有代表性的一門學科,本文提出將其融進人機交互技術應用中,開展關于人工心理和情緒計算在汽車駕駛行為中的應用研究,從而預防攻擊性駕駛等不良駕駛行為,將促進安全駕駛的發(fā)展。 全書共分五章,第1章主要介紹了人工情緒的概念,分析了國內外對于情緒計算課題的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,探討了關于情緒識別的幾個方法,包括從生理方面的識別、語音識別和人臉表情識別。 第2章分析了駕駛行為,尤其是憤怒情緒下的攻擊性駕駛行為,并分別從駕駛員的生理、心理、性格因素和社會大環(huán)境因素著手去分析攻擊性駕駛行為的成因,并提出了基于車輛運行狀態(tài)和基于駕駛員特征的駕駛情緒檢測方法。 第3章將各類駕駛因子融合起來,包括油門與制動踏板的操作、方向盤轉動操作、車燈切換和鳴笛操作等多因子的指標評價,運用Matlab建立了BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡模型,并設計參數(shù)對其進行訓練。 第4章用機器視覺技術識別駕駛員的駕駛表情,通過中值濾波、直方圖均衡、圖像的腐蝕與膨脹等圖像算法定位跟蹤人臉,用Adaboost級聯(lián)分類器訓練定位人眼,并大膽提出了駕駛緊張度和駕駛平和度的概念。 第5章,設計了實驗研究方案,對駕駛緊張度和駕駛平和度分別建模,并運用matlab得出駕駛緊張度和駕駛平和度的曲線擬合和歸一化模型,并最終得到駕駛情緒的表達式。
[Abstract]:Artificial psychology and emotion calculation is a representative subject in the emerging science and technology. This paper proposes to integrate it into the application of human-computer interaction technology, and to carry out the research on the application of artificial psychology and emotional calculation in the driving behavior of automobile. So as to prevent aggressive driving and other bad driving behavior, will promote the development of safe driving. The first chapter mainly introduces the concept of artificial emotion, analyzes the research status and development trend of emotion calculation at home and abroad, and discusses several methods of emotion recognition, including physiological recognition. Speech recognition and facial expression recognition. Chapter 2 analyzes driving behavior, especially aggressive driving behavior under anger, and analyzes the causes of aggressive driving behavior from driver's physiological, psychological, personality and social environment factors, respectively. A driving emotion detection method based on vehicle running state and driver characteristics is proposed. Chapter 3 combines all kinds of driving factors, including the operation of throttle and brake pedal, steering wheel rotation, lamp switching and siren operation, and establishes BP neural network model by using Matlab. The parameters are designed to train it. Chapter 4 uses machine vision technology to recognize driver's driving expression, uses median filter, histogram equalization, image corrosion and expansion to locate and track human face, and uses Adaboost cascade classifier to train and locate human eyes. And boldly put forward the concept of driving tension and driving peace. In chapter 5, the experimental research scheme is designed, the driving tension and driving peace are modeled separately, and the curve fitting and normalization model of driving tension and driving peace are obtained by using matlab, and the expression of driving emotion is obtained finally.
