【摘要】：壓載水管理公約是針對(duì)壓載水污染的一項(xiàng)國(guó)際公約,于2016年11月生效.立足于此,首先概述了壓載水管理公約的內(nèi)容,然后簡(jiǎn)要地分析了壓載水管理公約的動(dòng)向,最后,就我國(guó)的履約對(duì)策提出了幾點(diǎn)建議,包括強(qiáng)化立法保護(hù)海洋環(huán)境、加快自主研發(fā)進(jìn)程、密切國(guó)際合作、航運(yùn)企業(yè)積極改進(jìn).
[Abstract]:The Ballast Water Management Convention, an international convention on ballast water pollution, entered into force in November 2016. Based on this, the content of ballast water management convention is summarized, then the trend of ballast water management convention is briefly analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for China's implementation countermeasures, including strengthening legislation to protect the marine environment. Speed up the process of independent research and development, close international cooperation, shipping enterprises to actively improve.
