北海至潿洲島航線配船研究

【摘要】:在旅游熱興起的今天,國(guó)家連續(xù)出臺(tái)各項(xiàng)關(guān)于推進(jìn)和加快旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的政策后,潿洲島的旅游資源開發(fā)已經(jīng)納入國(guó)家的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃戰(zhàn)略。潿洲島作為北部灣旅游業(yè)中佼佼者,必須起到一個(gè)帶頭示范作用,利用其自身優(yōu)質(zhì)的旅游條件,資源優(yōu)勢(shì)以及旅游戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值,成為帶動(dòng)北海旅游業(yè)的強(qiáng)力引擎和核心支柱,為廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。然而作為維系潿洲島與內(nèi)陸之間最主要的交通方式,潿洲島的水上客運(yùn)一直是潿洲人關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)出該島交通方式的單一,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的問(wèn)題滯后日漸突出,已經(jīng)成為制約該島旅游發(fā)展的重要瓶頸問(wèn)題之一,因此解決和優(yōu)化潿洲島水上客運(yùn)存在的問(wèn)題,具有很重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先闡述了水路客運(yùn)航線配船的基本原理,分析北海至潿洲島客運(yùn)航線的現(xiàn)狀并從定性和定量?jī)蓚(gè)方面預(yù)測(cè)了該航線的客流發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。定性預(yù)測(cè)是從旅游開發(fā),國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展政策的支持和自身發(fā)展的需求三個(gè)方面的進(jìn)行分析,預(yù)測(cè)航線的客流將呈較快增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),定量預(yù)測(cè)方面是結(jié)合該航線的運(yùn)營(yíng)條件,依據(jù)航線客運(yùn)量的時(shí)間特征,運(yùn)用時(shí)間序列分解法對(duì)該航線未來(lái)的客運(yùn)量進(jìn)行較為精確的預(yù)測(cè),為本文后面章節(jié)的展開提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)。在預(yù)測(cè)該航線的未來(lái)客流將有大幅增長(zhǎng)和現(xiàn)有船舶運(yùn)營(yíng)條件不變的情況下,對(duì)該航線的配船提出優(yōu)化勢(shì)在必行。在第三章里以運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)成本最低為目標(biāo)函數(shù),以客運(yùn)量和現(xiàn)有船舶數(shù)量為約束,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用Matlab軟件編程計(jì)算得出航線配船優(yōu)化結(jié)果,對(duì)優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,并提出該優(yōu)化模型的兩個(gè)缺陷即:1)在實(shí)際問(wèn)題復(fù)雜化后,傳統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化模型將難以得出最優(yōu)解;2)沒有綜合考慮航線發(fā)班時(shí)刻對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)成本和乘客等待時(shí)間的影響。針對(duì)以上模型的缺陷,第四章提出將企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本和發(fā)班時(shí)刻表綜合考慮的數(shù)學(xué)模型,將實(shí)際背景轉(zhuǎn)化為0-1背包問(wèn)題,利用遺傳算法求解,,得出在系統(tǒng)成本最小前提下的航線發(fā)班時(shí)刻表,同時(shí)完成對(duì)該航線配船和發(fā)班時(shí)刻的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the rise of tourism fever, the government has issued various policies to promote and accelerate the development of tourism, and the development of tourism resources in Weizhou Island has been incorporated into the national key development planning strategy. Weizhou Island, as a leader in the Beibu Gulf tourism industry, must play a leading and exemplary role in making use of its own high quality tourism conditions, resource advantages and tourism strategic value to become a powerful engine and core pillar for driving the North Sea tourism industry. For Guangxi economy brings new economic growth point. However, as the most important mode of transportation between Weizhou Island and inland, the passenger transport on water in Weizhou Island has always been the concern of Weizhou people. The single mode of transportation in and out of the island and the problem of infrastructure construction are becoming more and more serious. It has become one of the most important bottleneck problems that restrict the tourism development of the island. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to solve and optimize the existing problems of water passenger transport in Weizhou Island. In this paper, the basic principle of ship assignment on waterway passenger route is expounded, the present situation of passenger route from Beihai to Weizhou Island is analyzed, and the developing trend of passenger flow is predicted from both qualitative and quantitative aspects. The qualitative forecast is from the tourism development, the national strategic development policy support and the own development demand three aspects carries on the analysis, the forecast route passenger flow will present the fast growth tendency, the quantitative forecast aspect is unifies this route the operation condition, According to the time characteristics of airline passenger volume, this paper uses the time series decomposition method to predict the future passenger volume of the route accurately, which provides reliable data for the later chapters of this paper. Under the condition of forecasting the future passenger flow of this route will have a large increase and the existing ship operation conditions remain unchanged, it is imperative to optimize the ship allocation of the route. In the third chapter, taking the lowest operating system cost as the objective function, taking passenger volume and the number of existing ships as constraints, the mathematical model is established, and the optimization results of route assignment are calculated by using Matlab software, and the optimization results are analyzed. It is also pointed out that the two defects of the optimization model, that is: 1) after the actual problem is complicated, it is difficult for the traditional optimization model to get the optimal solution. (2) the influence of the route departure time on the whole system cost and the passenger waiting time is not considered synthetically. Aiming at the defects of the above models, the fourth chapter puts forward a mathematical model which considers the operation cost and shift schedule comprehensively, and transforms the actual background into 0-1 knapsack problem, and solves it by genetic algorithm. The route schedule with minimum system cost is obtained, and the optimization of the ship assignment and departure time is completed at the same time.
