集料均勻性對瀝青混合料力學(xué)性能影響的離散元模擬

【摘要】:瀝青混合料均勻性是瀝青路面早期破壞最主要的原因,決定著瀝青路面的力學(xué)性能和使用壽命。瀝青混合料屬多相顆粒復(fù)合材料,物理力學(xué)性能十分復(fù)雜,常規(guī)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)與有限元等連續(xù)介質(zhì)力學(xué)理論很難從本質(zhì)上揭示其復(fù)雜的力學(xué)機(jī)理。本文基于數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù),從顆粒流離散元角度探究瀝青混合料均勻性對其不同力學(xué)性能的影響。 首先基于數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù),編寫了實(shí)際邊界、多邊形和橢圓等三種集料形狀的PFC接口程序,建立了瀝青混合料水平向與豎向截面的二維離散元模型。其次模擬瀝青混合料低溫劈裂性能,分析了集料破碎性、空隙和集料幾何形狀對劈裂性能的影響;基于時(shí)溫等效原理建立了Burgers粘彈性離散元模型,模擬瀝青混合料高溫條件下單軸壓縮和單軸貫入試驗(yàn)的力學(xué)性能,分析加載速率、粘彈性參數(shù)等的敏感性;探究了不同瀝青混合料級配下集料分布狀態(tài)對劈裂、單軸壓縮以及貫入試驗(yàn)等力學(xué)性能的影響,且分別進(jìn)行了上述各類虛擬數(shù)值試驗(yàn)對應(yīng)的室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證瀝青混合料均勻性對其力學(xué)性能的影響。最后基于離散元伺服原理模擬了瀝青混合料單軸靜態(tài)蠕變的路用性能,并探究了不同級配下集料均勻性對蠕變路用性能的影響。 研究結(jié)果表明,集料幾何形狀、空隙、粘彈性參數(shù)、加載速率等對瀝青混合料力學(xué)性能均有顯著影響。基于集料分布狀態(tài),瀝青混合料的均勻性與其高低溫力學(xué)性能的變異系數(shù)有很好的相關(guān)性,且級配和最大公稱粒徑對均勻性的影響很顯著。
[Abstract]:The uniformity of asphalt mixture is the main reason for the early failure of asphalt pavement, which determines the mechanical properties and service life of asphalt pavement. Asphalt mixture is a kind of multiphase particle composite material, and its physical and mechanical properties are very complex. It is difficult to reveal its complicated mechanics mechanism in nature by conventional laboratory experiments and finite element theory of continuum mechanics. Based on digital image processing technology, this paper explores the influence of asphalt mixture uniformity on its different mechanical properties from the point of particle flow discrete element. Firstly, based on the digital image processing technology, the PFC interface program of actual boundary, polygon and ellipse is written, and the two-dimensional discrete element model of horizontal and vertical sections of asphalt mixture is established. Secondly, the low temperature splitting performance of asphalt mixture is simulated, and the effects of aggregate fragmentation, void and aggregate geometry on the splitting performance are analyzed. Based on the principle of time-temperature equivalence, the Burgers viscoelastic discrete element model is established. The mechanical properties of order axial compression and uniaxial penetration tests were simulated under high temperature conditions of asphalt mixture, and the sensitivity of loading rate and viscoelastic parameters were analyzed, and the effect of aggregate distribution state on splitting under different asphalt mixture gradation was investigated. The effects of uniaxial compression and penetration test on mechanical properties were investigated and the laboratory experiments were carried out respectively to verify the effect of asphalt mixture uniformity on its mechanical properties. Finally, the pavement performance of asphalt mixture under uniaxial static creep is simulated on the basis of discrete element servo principle, and the influence of aggregate uniformity on creep pavement performance under different gradation is explored. The results show that the geometry of aggregate, void, viscoelastic parameters and loading rate have significant effects on the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture. Based on the aggregate distribution state, the uniformity of asphalt mixture has a good correlation with the coefficient of variation of its mechanical properties at high and low temperatures, and the influence of gradation and maximum nominal particle size on the uniformity is very significant.
