地鐵盾構隧道鋼板襯加固效果的數值試驗研究

【摘要】:盾構隧道的優(yōu)勢使得它在城市地鐵建設中得到廣泛應用,并隨著城市地下空間的進一步開發(fā)而將地下軌道交通建設推向高潮。然而,地鐵盾構隧道的廣泛運用也使得地鐵盾構隧道的修復加固問題越來越突出。處于復雜工程地質條件下的地鐵盾構隧道,,在受外部作業(yè)不利影響時,將會改變盾構隧道結構的受力狀態(tài),可能導致盾構隧道產生過大的橫向變形,引發(fā)管片開裂、接縫張開、螺栓失效等現象,進而誘發(fā)隧道病害,給地鐵隧道的正常運營帶來安全隱患,甚至引發(fā)嚴重事故,造成重大損失。因此,對地鐵盾構隧道結構的修復加固具有重要意義。目前,對橫向變形地鐵盾構隧道主要采用鋼板襯加固,但對地鐵盾構隧道鋼板襯加固的研究較少,如何分析其加固效果尚待研究。 本文以某地鐵盾構隧道鋼板襯加固工程為背景,采用數值試驗研究手段,建立相應的精細數值模型,并針對典型工況進行數值分析,進而對地鐵盾構隧道鋼板襯加固效果進行系統(tǒng)研究。 本文主要工作和研究成果如下: (1)總結了盾構隧道結構特性及其修復加固的研究現狀;簡述了鋼筋混凝土結構鋼板襯加固技術及數值試驗研究的發(fā)展與現狀。 (2)依據某地鐵盾構隧道鋼板襯加固工程,結合MIDAS/FEA有限元分析軟件的相關功能和特點,建立了相應的精細數值試驗模型。 (3)基于工程實踐背景和研究需要,選取了數值試驗研究的代表性工況,并結合數值計算結果,對比分析加固與未加固結構在典型工況下的結構受力與變形規(guī)律,進而分析結構的加固效果。 (4)根據工程實際需要,在對比分析結構破壞特征的基礎上,對地鐵盾構隧道結構橫向變形控制指標—“橢圓度”進行分析,進而分析得出了地鐵盾構隧道結構在不同橢圓度下的受力狀態(tài)及其加固效果,并應用于實際工程。
[Abstract]:The advantages of shield tunnel make it widely used in urban subway construction, and with the further development of urban underground space, the underground rail transit construction is pushed to the climax. However, the extensive use of subway shield tunnel also makes the subway shield tunnel repair and reinforcement more and more prominent. The shield tunnel under complex engineering geological conditions will change the stress state of shield tunnel structure when it is adversely affected by external operation, which may lead to excessive transverse deformation of shield tunnel, lead to segment cracking and joint opening. The failure of bolts can induce tunnel diseases, bring safety hidden trouble to the normal operation of subway tunnel, and even cause serious accidents, resulting in great losses. Therefore, it is of great significance to repair and reinforce the subway shield tunnel structure. At present, the steel plate lining is mainly used to reinforce the transverse deformation subway shield tunnel, but the research on the steel plate lining reinforcement of the subway shield tunnel is less, how to analyze its reinforcement effect remains to be studied. In this paper, based on the steel plate lining reinforcement project of a certain iron shield tunnel, the corresponding fine numerical model is established by means of numerical test, and the numerical analysis is carried out according to the typical working conditions. Furthermore, the reinforcement effect of steel plate lining of shield tunnel is studied systematically. The main work and research results of this paper are as follows: In this paper, the characteristics of shield tunnel structure and the present situation of its repair and reinforcement are summarized, and the development and present situation of steel plate lining strengthening technology and numerical test of reinforced concrete structure are briefly described. 2) according to the steel plate lining and strengthening project of a certain place of iron shield tunnel, combined with the relevant function and characteristics of MIDAS/FEA finite element analysis software, the corresponding fine numerical test model is established. 3) based on the engineering practice background and research needs, the representative conditions of numerical experimental research are selected, and combined with the results of numerical calculation, the stress and deformation laws of strengthened and unstrengthened structures under typical working conditions are compared and analyzed. Then the reinforcement effect of the structure is analyzed. 4) according to the actual needs of the project, on the basis of comparing and analyzing the structural failure characteristics, the paper analyzes the control index of transverse deformation of the shield tunnel structure of the subway-"ellipticity". The stress state and reinforcement effect of shield tunnel structure under different ellipticity are analyzed and applied to practical engineering.
