高速列車荷載作用下立體交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)抗減振措施研究

【摘要】:摘要:隨著我國高速鐵路建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,必然會出現(xiàn)越來越多的高速列車隧道立體交叉的情形。高速鐵路列車速度的提高,列車荷載對隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的沖擊更大,高速列車荷載作用下立體交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)振動影響問題日益突出。本文針對高速列車荷載作用下的立體交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)抗減振問題,依托高速鐵路基礎(chǔ)研究聯(lián)合基金項目(U1134208),采用數(shù)值計算方法,系統(tǒng)研究了增加襯砌厚度、加固圍巖、減振層三種抗減振措施對高速列車荷載作用下立體交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的抗減振效果。主要研究內(nèi)容與成果如下: (1)針對隧道-圍巖體系振動特性,高速列車荷載譜、高速鐵路立體交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的特點和采用的抗減振措施,對數(shù)值計算模型進行了對比工況的設(shè)計與建立。 (2)從中間巖柱應(yīng)力、襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)位移、加速度、應(yīng)力幾方面對不同襯砌厚度下立體交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)振動特性進行了分析,得出一定范圍內(nèi)增加襯砌厚度能夠?qū)αⅢw交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)起到一定的抗減振作用,推薦采用襯砌厚度為60cm。 (3)從中間巖柱應(yīng)力、襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)位移、加速度、應(yīng)力幾方面分析了隧道支護結(jié)構(gòu)外圍3m進行圍巖加固對立體交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)抗減振效果的影響,得出加固圍巖對Ⅳ、Ⅴ級圍巖能夠起到有效的抗減振作用,對Ⅲ級圍巖不能起到顯著的抗減振作用。 (4)分析了設(shè)置不同減振層厚度(5cm、10cm、20cm)與無減振層時立體交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)振動特性的改變,得出不同減振層厚度對高速列車荷載作用下立體交叉隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的抗減振作用,表明加設(shè)減振層可以起到一定的抗減振作用,推薦采用減振層厚度為10cm。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of high-speed railway construction in China, more and more high-speed train tunnels will be intersected. With the increase of the speed of high-speed railway train, the impact of train load on tunnel structure is more and more serious, and the vibration problem of cross-tunnel structure under high-speed train load is becoming more and more serious. In this paper, in view of the anti-vibration problem of the cross-sectional tunnel structure under the high speed train load, relying on the high speed railway foundation research fund project U1134208, this paper systematically studies increasing the lining thickness and strengthening the surrounding rock by using the numerical calculation method. The effect of three kinds of anti-vibration measures on the anti-vibration of the cross-sectional tunnel structure under the load of high-speed train. The main research contents and results are as follows: 1) aiming at the vibration characteristics of the tunnel surrounding rock system, the load spectrum of high-speed train, the characteristics of the structure of the high speed railway cross tunnel and the anti-vibration measures adopted, the design and establishment of the numerical calculation model are carried out in comparison with the working conditions. In this paper, the vibration characteristics of cross tunnel structure with different lining thickness are analyzed from the stress of intermediate rock column, displacement of lining structure, acceleration and stress. It is concluded that increasing the thickness of lining in a certain range can have a certain anti-vibration effect on the cross-sectional tunnel structure, and the thickness of lining is recommended to be 60 cm. 3) from the stress of intermediate rock column, displacement of lining structure, acceleration and stress, this paper analyzes the influence of surrounding rock reinforcement of 3 m surrounding rock on anti-vibration effect of cross-tunnel structure, and draws the conclusion that strengthening surrounding rock is effective to 鈪,
