基于計價與價格誘導的智能交通誘導系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:隨著經濟的飛速發(fā)展,生活水平的大幅提高,私有汽車大大普及。機動車數量的快速增長,使得交通質量惡化,行車效率低下,增加了時間損失和費用消耗,進而使得交通擁堵和環(huán)境污染等問題日益嚴重,成為制約社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一大瓶頸。利用智能交通系統(tǒng)(ITS)改造傳統(tǒng)產業(yè),提高交通運輸整體效率和水平,已經成為各國共識。而為了提高交通誘導信息的轉化率(我們把它定義為誘導信息的執(zhí)行比例),世界各國采取了很多政策性的方法,其中之一便是擁堵收費系統(tǒng)。 本文從理論分析和實際設計入手,研究了基于計價和價格誘導的智能交通誘導系統(tǒng)的設計和實現(xiàn)。在理論部分,本文介紹了智能交通系統(tǒng)的技術基礎和結構組成。繼而從車載終端、應用服務軟件和服務器端算法三個方面實際設計了本項目的智能交通系統(tǒng)。車載終端的組成主要包括:GPS/BD2衛(wèi)星定位導航模塊,ARM模塊和GSM/GPRS基站通信模塊。本項目在杭州市西湖區(qū)靈隱路靈溪隧道和梅嶺北路的吉慶山隧道做了實地測量,驗證了該終端可以正常工作。且效果優(yōu)于普通導航工具。本項目使用基于ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server和ArcGIS network模塊搭建應用服務平臺,并提供諸多交通誘導相關的服務。另外還利用上海市的出租車GPS數據對上海市的交通狀況做了詳細的評價。最后本文設計并實現(xiàn)了計價模型,并結合價格誘導算法進行了仿真實驗,實驗表明,該算法效果明顯,能夠有效的降低路網的負載。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living standard, private cars are widely used. With the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles, the traffic quality is deteriorating, the driving efficiency is low, the loss of time and the expense are increased, and the problems of traffic congestion and environmental pollution become more and more serious. It has become a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of society. It has become a consensus of all countries to transform traditional industries and improve the overall efficiency and level of transportation by using Intelligent Transportation system (its). In order to improve the conversion rate of traffic guidance information (we define it as the implementation ratio of induced information), many countries in the world have adopted a lot of policy methods, one of which is congestion charging system. In this paper, the design and implementation of intelligent traffic guidance system based on pricing and price guidance are studied from theoretical analysis and practical design. In the theoretical part, this paper introduces the technical foundation and structure of intelligent transportation system. Then, the intelligent transportation system of this project is designed from three aspects: vehicle terminal, application service software and server-side algorithm. The composition of the vehicle terminal mainly includes the arm module and the GSM/GPRS base station communication module. This project has done field survey in Lingxi Tunnel of Lingyin Road in Xihu District of Hangzhou and Jiqingshan Tunnel of Meiling North Road, and verified that the terminal can work normally. And the effect is better than the common navigation tool. This project uses ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS network modules to build application service platform, and provides a lot of traffic guidance related services. In addition, the GPS data of taxis in Shanghai are used to evaluate the traffic situation in Shanghai in detail. Finally, this paper designs and implements the pricing model, and carries on the simulation experiment with the price induction algorithm. The experiment shows that the algorithm has obvious effect and can effectively reduce the load of the road network.
