舊水泥混凝土路面瀝青罩面結構設計方法及典型結構研究

【摘要】:目前舊水泥路面加鋪瀝青罩面結構設計準則并不能很好的控制路面的使用性能,罩面加鋪層結構設計方法仍存在缺陷。另外,設計規(guī)范中對防止反射裂縫的措施沒有給出具體的應用條件和范圍,只是一些基本原則,缺乏具體的技術標準和要求,失去了規(guī)范的指導作用。本論文研究基于舊水泥路面板病害特征的罩面結構設計方法及瀝青罩面典型結構,主要研究成果如下: 1、研究基于舊混凝土板長的罩面結構設計方法,提出了當舊混凝土開裂板板長較長時,瀝青罩面層的經(jīng)濟合理加鋪厚度在14~18cm之間,而開裂板板長較小時,采用直接加鋪瀝青面層是比較不利的。 2、研究基于板間錯臺量的瀝青罩面結構設計方法,得出板間錯臺量的增大將顯著增加瀝青罩面層層底的應力,因此,在進行舊混凝土板瀝青罩面設計時,應盡量減小兩塊板間的錯臺量,最好不超過0.5cm。 3、研究舊水泥路面瀝青罩面層的防反射裂縫措施,,得出在相同荷載作用下應力吸收層緩解應力集中的效果遠遠優(yōu)于應力吸收膜;應力吸收層厚度在2.5~3cm之間,模量范圍介于300~500MPa時,將具有較顯著的減小應力集中、延緩裂縫發(fā)展的效果。 4、通過對廣東地區(qū)典型濕熱氣候、交通及路基強度特征的分析,提出了適于廣東地區(qū)舊水泥混凝土路面采用的瀝青罩面典型結構。
[Abstract]:At present, the design criterion of asphalt overlay structure of old cement pavement can not control the performance of pavement well, and the design method of overlay structure is still defective. In addition, the design code does not give specific conditions and scope of application for the measures to prevent reflective cracks, but only some basic principles, lack of specific technical standards and requirements, and lose the guiding role of the specifications. In this paper, the design method of the overlay structure based on the disease characteristics of the old cement pavement panel and the typical structure of the asphalt overlay are studied. The main results are as follows: 1. The design method of overlay structure based on the length of old concrete slab is studied. When the length of cracked slab of old concrete is longer, the economical and reasonable overlay thickness of asphalt overlay is between 14~18cm and the length of cracked slab is smaller. It is unfavorable to use the direct overlay of asphalt. 2. The design method of asphalt overlay based on the amount of stagger between plates is studied. It is concluded that the stress of asphalt overlay will be significantly increased with the increase of the amount of stagger between plates. Therefore, in the design of asphalt overlay of old concrete slab, The error between the two boards should be minimized, preferably not to exceed 0.5 cm. 3. The measures of anti-reflection crack of asphalt overlay on old cement pavement are studied. It is concluded that the stress absorption layer is much better than the stress absorption film in relieving stress concentration under the same load, and the thickness of the stress absorption layer is between 2.5~3cm and the modulus is in the range of 300~500MPa. The stress concentration will be significantly reduced and the fracture development will be delayed. 4. Based on the analysis of typical humid and thermal climate, traffic and roadbed strength in Guangdong area, the typical asphalt overlay structure suitable for the old cement concrete pavement in Guangdong area is put forward.
