公路高瓦斯隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估與管理系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:我國西部為多山重丘陵區(qū),地形、地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,在高速公路隧道建設(shè)中遇到了很多復(fù)雜的災(zāi)害問題,而高瓦斯隧道瓦斯爆炸是隧道施工中災(zāi)害比較嚴(yán)重的問題之一,對此種情況下如何保證工程進(jìn)度,降低工程損失的問題亟待解決。本文以成都第二繞城高速公路(東段)丹景二號(hào)隧道依托,在對隧道施工過程中人機(jī)環(huán)境分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對丹景二號(hào)隧道施工過程中洞身坍塌和瓦斯突涌進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析和評估,提出了相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對措施,并提出一套風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng)。主要內(nèi)容如下: ①通過分析丹景二號(hào)隧道施工中的人、機(jī)、環(huán)境等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,采用專家打分法獲取第一手資料,并利用層次分析法、熵度法等方法對各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行綜合評估,得出各個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素在丹景二號(hào)隧道整個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)體系中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值,最終對丹景二號(hào)隧道進(jìn)行綜合評估并提出宏觀的管理建議。 ②通過采集隧道內(nèi)圍巖收斂和拱頂沉降數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析丹景二號(hào)隧道在施工過程中圍巖位移變形情況,針對隧道坍塌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)情況提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對措施。 ③對于丹景二號(hào)隧道屬于高瓦斯隧道,分別采用遠(yuǎn)程無線監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測、人工瓦斯監(jiān)測和超前瓦斯預(yù)報(bào)來進(jìn)行瓦斯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控,在瓦斯預(yù)測結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)采取通風(fēng)和超前探孔兩項(xiàng)措施減小瓦斯突涌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 ④結(jié)合丹景二號(hào)隧道目前管理現(xiàn)狀,提出一套風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng),重點(diǎn)介紹了該系統(tǒng)管理流程、組織機(jī)構(gòu)及相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理制度,,這套系統(tǒng)不僅能夠在第一時(shí)間啟動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)急預(yù)案,同時(shí)也能夠?yàn)槠渌愃乒こ烫峁┙梃b。
[Abstract]:The western part of our country is a mountainous and heavy hilly area with complex topography and geological conditions. In the construction of highway tunnels, there are many complicated disaster problems, and the gas explosion in high gas tunnel is one of the most serious problems in tunnel construction. In this case, how to ensure the progress of the project and reduce the project losses are urgently needed to be solved. Based on the second Chengdu Expressway (East Section) Danjing No. 2 Tunnel, this paper analyzes and studies the man-machine environment during the tunnel construction. The risk analysis and evaluation of collapse and gas outburst during the construction of Danjing No. 2 Tunnel are carried out, the corresponding risk countermeasures are put forward, and a set of risk management system is put forward. The main contents are as follows: 1 by analyzing the risk factors such as human, machine, environment and so on in the construction of Danjing No. 2 Tunnel, the expert scoring method is used to obtain the first-hand information, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy method are used to comprehensively evaluate all kinds of risk factors. The risk value of each risk factor in the whole risk system of Danjing No. 2 Tunnel is obtained. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of Danjing No. 2 Tunnel is carried out and the macroscopic management suggestions are put forward. (2) by collecting the data of surrounding rock convergence and dome settlement in the tunnel, the displacement and deformation of surrounding rock during the construction of Danjing No. 2 tunnel are systematically analyzed, and the corresponding risk countermeasures are put forward in view of the collapse risk of the tunnel. 3 for Danjing2 tunnel belongs to high gas tunnel, remote wireless monitoring and alarm system monitoring, artificial gas monitoring and advanced gas forecasting are used to monitor gas risk respectively, and on the basis of gas prediction results, Two measures, ventilation and advance hole exploration, were adopted to reduce the risk of gas outburst. 4 according to the current management situation of Danjing No. 2 Tunnel, a set of risk management system is put forward, and the management flow, organization and corresponding risk management system of the system are introduced. This system can not only start the risk emergency plan in the first time. At the same time, it can also provide reference for other similar projects.
