沉管隧道軸線控制和調(diào)整技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著交通運(yùn)輸?shù)目焖侔l(fā)展,沉管隧道在江河和海上跨越中因其自身的諸多優(yōu)勢(shì):對(duì)地質(zhì)水文條件適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)、埋深淺,與兩岸道路容易貫通、工期短、施工條件和斷面適應(yīng)能力好,在國(guó)內(nèi)外得到了較廣泛的應(yīng)用。我國(guó)對(duì)沉管隧道技術(shù)的研究起步較晚,但發(fā)展非常快,已建成了十多條沉管隧道,,沉管隧道施工技術(shù)日趨成熟。然而,有關(guān)沉管隧道的理論研究尚處于滯后狀態(tài)。因此,如何提高我國(guó)理論研究水平是我國(guó)目前沉管隧道領(lǐng)域的主要課題。 本文主要圍繞沉管隧道施工技術(shù)、軸線控制和調(diào)整技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,探討管段在沉放、對(duì)接過程中的精度控制問題,包括選擇適合自然條件及航道條件的沉放方案、管段定位測(cè)量、管段水下結(jié)合處的精度控制方法。當(dāng)管段放水壓接之后,管段尾部受到的水壓力很大,利用管段安裝的調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)往往無法進(jìn)行軸線偏差調(diào)校,可采用在管內(nèi)接頭輔助頂推的方法,也可以采用橫向錯(cuò)位對(duì)接調(diào)整的方法進(jìn)行調(diào)校,本文將各種調(diào)校方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并針對(duì)調(diào)校方法進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析,模擬管段和Gina止水帶進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果為管段的軸線調(diào)整提供了理論依據(jù),并為管段沉放施工提供了有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of traffic and transportation, the sinking tube tunnel has many advantages in river and sea crossing, such as strong adaptability to geological and hydrological conditions, shallow buried depth, easy access to cross-strait roads, and short construction period.The construction conditions and section adaptability are good, and have been widely used at home and abroad.The research of immersed tunnel technology in China started late, but the development is very fast. More than ten immersed tunnels have been built, and the construction technology of immersed tunnel is becoming more and more mature.However, the theoretical study of immersed tunnel is still lagging behind.Therefore, how to improve the level of theoretical research in China is the main subject in the field of immersed tunnel.In this paper, the construction technology, axis control and adjustment technology of pipe sinking tunnel are studied, and the precision control problems in the course of sinking and docking are discussed, including the choice of settlement scheme suitable for natural conditions and channel conditions.Position measurement of pipe segment, precision control method of underwater joint of pipe section.The water pressure on the end of the pipe section is very high when the pipe section is pressed with water, so the adjustment system installed in the pipe section can not adjust the deviation of the axis line, and can adopt the method of auxiliary pushing in the joint of the pipe.In this paper, the adjustment methods are compared, and the numerical analysis of the adjustment method is carried out, and the analysis of the pipe segment and the Gina water stop belt is carried out.The results provide a theoretical basis for the adjustment of the axis of the pipe section and a useful reference for the sinking construction of the pipe section.
