【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)交通事業(yè)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，橋梁的數(shù)量也與日俱增，然而我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段的橋梁使用年限較長(zhǎng)，再加上其設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)較低，所以橋梁破壞情況較為嚴(yán)重。因而對(duì)橋梁進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的養(yǎng)護(hù)顯得尤為重要。養(yǎng)護(hù)在保證橋梁使用性能，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命方面有著極其重要的作用。 本文主要研究的是武漢三環(huán)線上五座橋梁的養(yǎng)護(hù)管理問(wèn)題，這幾座橋梁都為鋼筋混凝土橋梁。而對(duì)于鋼筋混凝土橋梁來(lái)說(shuō)，由于鋼筋混凝土材料的物理力學(xué)特性，會(huì)使得橋梁在使用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)一些不可避免的問(wèn)題，這些問(wèn)題都使得橋梁需要進(jìn)行預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)工作；由于鋼筋混凝土橋梁的結(jié)構(gòu)和類型趨于多樣化，也會(huì)造成橋梁因部分結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)損壞，而需要采用一些養(yǎng)護(hù)措施。由此可見，影響混凝土橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)的因素是多元化的，這就說(shuō)明了在對(duì)橋梁進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)工作之前，我們必須全面分析影響橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)效果的具體因素，并做出系統(tǒng)化、全局化的養(yǎng)護(hù)實(shí)施。而這正是現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)工作的薄弱之處，針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題，本文結(jié)合武漢三環(huán)線五座橋梁的養(yǎng)護(hù)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，綜合分析三環(huán)線五座橋梁的養(yǎng)護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)，尋求建立橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)的前期病害分析、養(yǎng)護(hù)措施比選、養(yǎng)護(hù)方案的管理和性能評(píng)價(jià)的綜合體系。 本文首先在研究國(guó)內(nèi)外橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)管理相關(guān)理論后得到了橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)的定義、內(nèi)容以及方法，并針對(duì)武漢三環(huán)線五座橋梁提出了相對(duì)應(yīng)的養(yǎng)護(hù)方法。針對(duì)武漢三環(huán)線五座橋梁的病害檢測(cè)，介紹混凝土橋梁病害調(diào)查和檢測(cè)方法，檢測(cè)的內(nèi)容，再結(jié)合三環(huán)線五座橋梁的病害進(jìn)行病害原因分析和可能造成的影響進(jìn)行分析。 其次，對(duì)橋梁的養(yǎng)護(hù)的基本定義、內(nèi)容、主要的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)措施進(jìn)行分析，提出有針對(duì)性的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)措施，并引入實(shí)用性評(píng)價(jià)模型和經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)模型分別對(duì)預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)的實(shí)用性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 最后，依托武漢市三環(huán)線五座橋梁病害檢查項(xiàng)目，通過(guò)檢查獲取橋梁病害的的基本資料，探討橋梁病害機(jī)理，，進(jìn)行橋梁病害的科學(xué)分類，對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和技術(shù)評(píng)狀況評(píng)價(jià)。同時(shí)本文針對(duì)橋梁技術(shù)狀況評(píng)價(jià)引入了馬爾可夫橋梁技術(shù)狀況預(yù)測(cè)模型，并對(duì)實(shí)例進(jìn)行了分析和驗(yàn)證。針對(duì)武漢市三環(huán)線五座橋梁提出養(yǎng)護(hù)措施，并構(gòu)建了完整的橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)體系。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of transportation in our country, the number of bridges is increasing day by day, however, the bridge service life is longer in our country at the present stage, and the design standard is low, so the bridge damage is more serious.Therefore, it is very important to maintain the bridge in real time.Maintenance plays an important role in ensuring bridge performance and prolonging service life.This paper mainly studies the maintenance and management of five bridges on Wuhan third Ring Line, which are all reinforced concrete bridges.For reinforced concrete bridge, because of the physical and mechanical properties of reinforced concrete material, there will be some inevitable problems in the use of the bridge, these problems make the bridge need preventive maintenance work;As the structure and types of reinforced concrete bridges tend to be diversified, some maintenance measures are needed because of the damage of some structures.It can be seen that the factors affecting the maintenance of concrete bridges are diversified, which shows that before carrying out the maintenance work of bridges, we must comprehensively analyze the specific factors that affect the maintenance effect of bridges, and systematize them.The implementation of global maintenance.This is the weakness of the bridge maintenance work in our country at the present stage. In view of this problem, this paper synthetically analyzes the maintenance data of the third ring line and five bridges in combination with the practical experience of the maintenance of five bridges on the Wuhan third Ring Line.This paper seeks to establish a comprehensive system for the analysis of early stage diseases of bridge maintenance, the selection of maintenance measures, the management of maintenance schemes and the evaluation of performance.In this paper, the definition, content and method of bridge maintenance are obtained after studying the relevant theories of bridge maintenance and management at home and abroad, and the corresponding maintenance methods are put forward for five bridges of Wuhan third Ring Line.Aiming at the disease detection of five bridges in Wuhan third Ring Line, this paper introduces the investigation and detection methods of concrete bridge diseases, and then analyzes the causes and possible effects of the diseases of five bridges on the third Ring Line.Secondly, the basic definition, content and main preventive maintenance measures of bridge maintenance are analyzed, and corresponding preventive maintenance measures are put forward.The practicability and economy of preventive maintenance are evaluated by using practicability evaluation model and economic evaluation model respectively.Finally, relying on the inspection projects of five bridge diseases on Wuhan's third Ring Line, the basic information of bridge diseases is obtained, and the mechanism of bridge diseases is discussed, and the scientific classification of bridge diseases is carried out.Analyze the test results and evaluate the status of technical evaluation.At the same time, this paper introduces the Markov model for bridge technical condition evaluation, and analyzes and verifies the example.This paper puts forward maintenance measures for five bridges in Wuhan third Ring Line, and constructs a complete bridge maintenance system.
