【摘要】:伴隨著國家經濟政策和投資結構的調整,特別是擴大內需同增大基礎設施投資作為拉動經濟發(fā)展的主要增長點的背景下,我國的公路建設當前正面臨著非常大的發(fā)展機遇,市場空間和發(fā)展領域有了新的拓展。然而,經濟的高速發(fā)展與公路建設機制不相適應的矛盾集中體現在工程項目管理水平上,而解決這一問題的關鍵是將項目管理體系引入公路工程建設中,提高管理水平,使公路工程建設高質高效。此外,由于在現代社會中,工程項目規(guī)模大,新技術多,參建單位多,分工越來越細,項目管理過程復雜,能否對工程項目建設全過程實行現代化的管理變得更為重要,這就要求我們的項目管理理論、方法、手段的科學化,管理人員的社會化和專業(yè)化,管理工作的標準化和規(guī)范化。 基于以上研究背景,本文在對相關理論進行梳理的基礎上結合實際情況,進行了闡述和研究。首先,介紹惠大高速公路A09標段項目的工程概況,項目施工管理過程中存在的各種問題,并結合項目的特點與實際情況對存在問題進行了原因分析;其次,根據惠大高速公路A09標段工程的具體情況進行了施工管理方案設計,提出項目施工管理總體架構及以項目的質量、安全、成本、進度、環(huán)保五大項目管理目標為中心,設計相應的管理方案,并形成一個有機的優(yōu)化的整體,為項目目標的順利實現打下良好的基礎;然后,研究對惠大高速公路A09標段施工管理方案的實施分幾個步驟實施,研究對各施工階段如何進行全面、有序的過程控制管理,并研究對質量、安全、成本、進度、環(huán)保目標的實現將采取哪些管理措施保障,對方案的實施效果進行了總結評價;最后,根據論文分析得出結論,指出論文存在的問題和不足之處,并對不足之外提出了展望,以期能找到更為合適的解決辦法,來提高企業(yè)項目管理的綜合能力和整體水平。 本文通過對公路工程項目施工管理方法的研究,探索高效、科學、規(guī)范的公路工程施工管理方法并應用于實踐指導過程中,能為同類公路工程項目施工管理提供參考借鑒作用,同時有利于提高項目管理水平,有利于提高公路施工企業(yè)綜合實力和經濟效益,使之與國際市場很好的接軌。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of national economic policy and investment structure, especially the expansion of domestic demand and the increase of infrastructure investment as the main growth point of economic development, highway construction in China is facing a great opportunity for development.The market space and the development domain had the new expansion.However, the contradiction between the rapid development of economy and the mechanism of highway construction is mainly reflected in the level of project management. The key to solve this problem is to introduce the project management system into highway engineering construction and improve the management level.Make highway engineering construction high quality and high efficiency.In addition, in modern society, because of the large scale of engineering projects, the number of new technologies, the number of participating units, the more and more detailed division of labor and the complex process of project management, it is more important to carry out modern management in the whole process of construction of engineering projects.This requires our project management theory, method, means scientific, management staff socialization and specialization, management standardization and standardization.Based on the above research background, this paper expatiates and studies the related theories combined with the actual situation.First of all, it introduces the general situation of the A09 project of Hui-Da Expressway, the problems existing in the construction management of the project, and analyzes the causes of the existing problems according to the characteristics and the actual situation of the project.According to the concrete situation of the A09 section of Hui-Da Expressway, the construction management scheme is designed, and the overall construction management framework of the project is put forward, with the project quality, safety, cost, schedule and environmental protection as the center.Design the corresponding management plan, and form an organic optimization of the whole, for the smooth realization of the project objectives to lay a good foundation; then, research on the implementation of the construction management program of the A09 section of the Hui-Da Expressway divided into several steps to implement,This paper studies how to carry out comprehensive and orderly process control management in each construction stage, and what management measures will be taken to ensure the quality, safety, cost, progress and environmental protection objectives, and summarizes and evaluates the implementation effect of the scheme.Finally, according to the conclusion of the paper analysis, the paper points out the existing problems and shortcomings, and puts forward the prospect of the deficiencies, in order to find more appropriate solutions to improve the comprehensive ability and the overall level of enterprise project management.Through the research on the construction management methods of highway engineering projects, this paper explores the efficient, scientific and standardized construction management methods of highway projects and applies them to the practical guidance process, which can provide reference for the construction management of similar highway engineering projects.At the same time, it is beneficial to improve the level of project management, improve the comprehensive strength and economic benefit of highway construction enterprises, and make it well in line with the international market.
