【摘要】：文章通過(guò)研究,從行業(yè)集中度、國(guó)有投資比重、市場(chǎng)占有率和國(guó)有產(chǎn)權(quán)比重四個(gè)方面建立了收費(fèi)公路產(chǎn)業(yè)行政壟斷度量方法,并研究了其對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)收費(fèi)公路產(chǎn)業(yè)行政壟斷程度與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新中知識(shí)成果和經(jīng)濟(jì)成果的實(shí)現(xiàn)均呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,且收費(fèi)公路行政壟斷程度對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)成果產(chǎn)出的抑制作用高于對(duì)知識(shí)成果產(chǎn)出的抑制作用。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,提出了完善收費(fèi)公路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Through the research, the paper establishes the measure method of administrative monopoly of toll road industry from four aspects: the degree of industry concentration, the proportion of state-owned investment, the market share and the proportion of state-owned property right, and studies its influence on the innovation ability of industry.It is found that the degree of administrative monopoly in toll road industry is negatively related to the realization of knowledge and economic achievements in industrial innovation.Moreover, the degree of administrative monopoly of toll roads inhibits the output of economic achievements more than that of knowledge ones.According to the conclusion of the study, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the development of toll road industry.
