水泥混凝土橋面鋪裝薄層加鋪技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:橋面鋪裝層作為橋梁行車體系的重要組成部分,,其質(zhì)量的好壞對(duì)于行車對(duì)橋面板的荷載沖擊和滿足行車的安全性與舒適性以及對(duì)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的保護(hù)具有至關(guān)重要的影響。橋面鋪裝層應(yīng)具有足夠的強(qiáng)度和良好的整體性,并具有足夠的抗裂、抗沖擊和耐磨性能等,但在實(shí)際工程中,為了減輕橋梁荷載和需維護(hù)工程,在特殊情況下需要采用厚度更小的進(jìn)行橋面鋪裝,但此薄層鋪裝技術(shù)還處于研究試驗(yàn)階段。也正是因?yàn)樘幱谠囼?yàn)階段且采用何種更加細(xì)粒式的鋪裝材料進(jìn)行薄層加鋪成為了本論文的研究重點(diǎn),也在一定程度上使得本論文更具挑戰(zhàn)性和艱巨性。 主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及成果:針對(duì)薄層鋪裝的特殊要求,通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有橋面鋪裝的病害分析,對(duì)薄層鋪裝對(duì)防水粘結(jié)、細(xì)粒式改性瀝青混合料類型及薄層施工技術(shù)展開了研究;研究采用了溶劑型AMP-100和均相橡膠瀝青以解決薄層鋪裝與水泥混凝土橋面板之間的層間防水粘結(jié)問題,通過性能對(duì)比研究,采用均相橡膠瀝青作為防水粘結(jié)材料;以直投法的瀝青混合料改性技術(shù)解決小規(guī)模生產(chǎn)中的瀝青改性問題;選用了細(xì)粒式SMA-5解決薄層鋪裝施工中的最大粒徑問題,采用貝雷法對(duì)級(jí)配進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),得到了骨架密實(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)以及考慮鋪裝層厚度變化對(duì)瀝青混合料力學(xué)和路用性能的影響確定了最佳鋪裝層厚度為30mm;比較系統(tǒng)地研究橋面鋪裝施工工藝的基本要求和橋面板處理的方法,以及對(duì)同步熱預(yù)拌碎石防水粘結(jié)層和SMA橋面面層鋪裝在施工過程中出現(xiàn)的常見問題進(jìn)行了研究與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the bridge driving system, the quality of bridge deck pavement has a vital impact on the impact of traffic load on the deck, safety and comfort of driving and the protection of bridge structure.Bridge deck pavement should have sufficient strength, good integrity, and sufficient anti-cracking, impact and wear resistance, etc., but in practical projects, in order to reduce the bridge load and maintenance works,In the special case, the bridge deck pavement with smaller thickness is needed, but the thin layer surfacing technology is still in the stage of research and test.It is precisely because of what kind of finer grain paving material is in the experimental stage that it becomes the focus of this paper, and to some extent makes this paper more challenging and arduous.Main research contents and achievements: according to the special requirements of thin layer pavement, through the analysis of the existing bridge deck pavement disease, the thin layer pavement to waterproof bond, fine grain modified asphalt mixture type and thin layer construction technology were studied.Solvent-based AMP-100 and homogeneous rubber asphalt are used to solve the problem of interlayer waterproof bond between thin layer pavement and cement concrete bridge slab. Through performance comparison, homogeneous rubber asphalt is used as waterproof bond material.The bituminous mixture modification technology of direct casting method is used to solve the problem of asphalt modification in small-scale production, the fine grain type SMA-5 is used to solve the maximum particle size problem in thin layer pavement construction, and the method of Bayley is used to optimize the gradation design.The optimum thickness of asphalt mixture is determined to be 30mm considering the influence of the thickness of pavement on the mechanical and road performance of asphalt mixture, and the basic requirements of bridge deck pavement construction technology and the bridge pavement construction technology are systematically studied.The method of panel processing,The common problems in the construction process of waterproof bonding layer and SMA bridge deck pavement of synchronous hot ready-mixed crushed stone are studied and summarized.
