營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛駕駛?cè)诉m宜性檢測(cè)綜合指標(biāo)與交通事故相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:駕駛適宜性檢測(cè)是基于駕駛適宜性理論而開發(fā)、形成的一種檢測(cè)駕駛?cè)藛T生理和心理素質(zhì)的技術(shù),并可將檢測(cè)結(jié)果作為篩選駕駛?cè)嘶蛘邔?duì)其進(jìn)行再培訓(xùn)的依據(jù)。對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛駕駛?cè)诉M(jìn)行適宜性檢測(cè)可以有效提高駕駛?cè)巳后w素質(zhì),從根本上起到事故預(yù)防的作用,從而使交通事故大幅度降低,保障行車安全。雖然我國(guó)駕駛適宜性檢測(cè)研究近幾年發(fā)展迅速,但仍然存在評(píng)價(jià)體系不健全,檢測(cè)設(shè)備可靠性差等不足。論文旨在通過對(duì)駕駛適宜性綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的研究,分析其與交通事故之間的相關(guān)性,為完善我國(guó)駕駛適宜性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)奠定理論基礎(chǔ),促使我國(guó)駕駛適宜性檢測(cè)的健康快速發(fā)展。 論文首先在“十一五”國(guó)家道路交通安全科技行動(dòng)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目專題13“營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛駕駛?cè)诉m宜性甄別檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)及系列檢測(cè)裝置”平臺(tái)上,利用速度估計(jì)檢測(cè)儀、選擇反應(yīng)檢測(cè)儀、深度知覺檢測(cè)儀、暗適應(yīng)檢測(cè)儀、處置判斷檢測(cè)儀、動(dòng)體視力檢測(cè)儀、夜間視力檢測(cè)儀、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)反應(yīng)檢測(cè)儀8臺(tái)儀器對(duì)1232人具有三年以上營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛駕駛經(jīng)歷的駕駛員進(jìn)行了駕駛適宜性檢測(cè),,并調(diào)取受檢者的三年來的安全事故資料。 其次,本論文將交通事故分為:夜間事故、轉(zhuǎn)向類事故、直行類事故、追尾事故四類,并利用SPSS軟件分析其與駕駛適宜性綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性,結(jié)果表明:各類交通事故均與營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛駕駛?cè)诉m宜性檢測(cè)綜合指標(biāo)存在相關(guān)性,能夠有效區(qū)分事故組與安全組駕駛?cè)恕?br/>[Abstract]:Driving suitability testing is based on the theory of driving suitability. It forms a technique to detect the physiological and psychological quality of drivers. The test results can be used as the basis for screening drivers or retraining them.The suitability test of operating vehicle drivers can effectively improve the quality of the drivers and fundamentally play the role of accident prevention, thereby greatly reducing the traffic accidents and ensuring the safety of driving.Although the research on driving suitability testing in China has developed rapidly in recent years, there are still some shortcomings such as imperfect evaluation system and poor reliability of testing equipment.The purpose of this paper is to study the comprehensive evaluation index of driving suitability and analyze the correlation between it and traffic accidents so as to lay a theoretical foundation for perfecting the evaluation index of driving suitability in China and to promote the healthy and rapid development of driving suitability testing in China.Firstly, on the platform of National Road Traffic Safety Science and Technology Action Plan Project No. 13, "operating vehicle driver suitability screening system and Series detecting device", the paper uses the speed estimation detector to select the response detector.Depth perception tester, dark adaptation tester, disposal judgment tester, moving body visual acuity detector, night visual acuity detector,The risk response detector 8 instruments tested the driving suitability of 1232 drivers who had more than three years' driving experience of operating vehicles, and obtained the safety accident data of the tested persons in the past three years.Secondly, the traffic accidents are divided into four categories: night accidents, steering accidents, direct accidents and rear-end accidents. The correlation between traffic accidents and the comprehensive evaluation index of driving suitability is analyzed by using SPSS software.The results show that all kinds of traffic accidents are correlated with the comprehensive indexes of driver suitability test of operating vehicles and can effectively distinguish the drivers of the accident group from the safety group.
