【摘要】：城市公共自行車租賃系統(tǒng)的合理調(diào)度對(duì)提高公共自行車使用率至關(guān)重要,其關(guān)鍵在于對(duì)未來自行車使用情況進(jìn)行合理預(yù)測,確定每個(gè)站點(diǎn)調(diào)度需求量。通過對(duì)站點(diǎn)歷史借還車數(shù)據(jù)與運(yùn)行特性進(jìn)行歸納分析,利用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型對(duì)單站點(diǎn)借(還)車頻次隨時(shí)間分布的規(guī)律進(jìn)行預(yù)測,預(yù)測值和真實(shí)值平均相差約3輛車,曲線擬合良好,證明模型可實(shí)踐性較高。在此基礎(chǔ)上,按照調(diào)度時(shí)間窗內(nèi)站點(diǎn)飽和度動(dòng)態(tài)平衡的原則確定單站點(diǎn)最佳調(diào)度需求量。對(duì)浙江溫州鹿城區(qū)街心公園站點(diǎn)的實(shí)例分析表明,實(shí)行按需調(diào)度能使早晚高峰單站點(diǎn)"無位可還"的時(shí)間縮短約0.5h以上,從而有效提升站點(diǎn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量和滿意度。
[Abstract]:The reasonable scheduling of urban public bicycle rental system is very important to improve the utilization rate of public bicycle. The key lies in making a reasonable prediction of the future bicycle usage and determining the dispatching demand of each station.Through the induction and analysis of the data and operation characteristics of the historical borrowing and returning vehicle at the station, BP neural network model is used to predict the distribution of the frequency of the single station borrowing (returning) vehicle with time. The average difference between the predicted value and the real value is about 3 vehicles.The curve fitting is good, which proves that the model is practical.On this basis, according to the principle of dynamic balance of station saturation in scheduling time window, the optimal scheduling demand of single site is determined.The case study of Jiexin Park in Lucheng District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province shows that the implementation of on-demand scheduling can shorten the time of "having no place to return" in the morning and evening peak single station for more than 0.5 hours, thus effectively improving the service quality and satisfaction of the station.
