混凝土再生粉料對(duì)水泥穩(wěn)定基層性能的影響試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:舊水泥混凝土路面板集料化再生加工產(chǎn)生大量的粉料,用于水泥穩(wěn)定基層可以將其變廢為寶。通過對(duì)不同粉料摻配方案的水泥穩(wěn)定集料基層混合料的抗壓及劈裂強(qiáng)度、抗壓及劈裂模量、浸水抗壓強(qiáng)度、凍融循環(huán)抗壓強(qiáng)度、干縮和溫縮的試驗(yàn)測(cè)試,對(duì)混合料的力學(xué)性能、水穩(wěn)定性、收縮性能進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:再生粉料有利于提升水泥穩(wěn)定混合料的力學(xué)性能、水穩(wěn)定性和干燥收縮性能,對(duì)溫度收縮的影響也不大,完全能夠滿足公路路面基層的應(yīng)用要求。
[Abstract]:A large amount of powder is produced by recycled aggregate of old cement concrete pavement slab, which can be turned into a treasure when used in cement stabilized base course.By testing the compressive and splitting strength, modulus of compression and splitting, immersion compressive strength, freeze-thaw cycle compressive strength, dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage of cement stabilized aggregate base mixture with different powder blending schemes, the mechanical properties of the mixture are studied.Water stability and shrinkage were compared and analyzed.The test results show that the recycled powder can improve the mechanical properties of cement stabilized mixture, water stability and drying shrinkage, and has little effect on temperature shrinkage, which can fully meet the application requirements of highway pavement base.
