【摘要】:為使緩釋絡合鹽填料國產(chǎn)化,促進蓄鹽瀝青路面的發(fā)展,通過滲水性試驗、溶出性試驗和氯離子濃度測定試驗對緩釋絡合鹽填料的載體、生產(chǎn)工藝、憎水處理劑以及成分配比進行了設計和選擇.確定了具有除冰雪功能和緩釋功能的緩釋絡合鹽填料組成為載體C,氯化鈉,改性聚硅氧烷A和乙醇,且四者的比例約為4g∶19g∶3mL∶30mL.同時確定了該緩釋絡合鹽填料的生產(chǎn)工藝為:將載體C放在過飽和的氯化鈉溶液中,于60℃下恒溫攪拌至糊狀,然后在135℃下烘干,粉碎后用濕法表面改性工藝對粉體進行憎水處理,最后在135℃下烘干、粉碎.試驗結(jié)果證明添加了該緩釋絡合鹽填料的瀝青路面具有很好的除冰雪能力.
