【摘要】：為了便于總承包商對(duì)公路工程總承包項(xiàng)目做出合理的選擇評(píng)價(jià),從項(xiàng)目條件、總承包單位、建設(shè)單位、外部環(huán)境、項(xiàng)目后續(xù)影響以及項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新6個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了公路工程總承包項(xiàng)目選擇評(píng)價(jià)的三級(jí)指標(biāo)體系,并建立評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的遞階層次模型。結(jié)合多目標(biāo)決策原理將主觀賦權(quán)和客觀賦權(quán)按照一定的原則組合,利用Kendall一致性檢驗(yàn)提出了灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度理論組合賦權(quán)的多目標(biāo)決策優(yōu)化改進(jìn)模型,對(duì)總承包項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行選擇評(píng)價(jià),最終通過評(píng)語集,選擇投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目,實(shí)現(xiàn)總承包單位投標(biāo)決策的優(yōu)化。最后,對(duì)總承包項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析。研究結(jié)果表明:所構(gòu)建的項(xiàng)目選擇評(píng)價(jià)體系契合公路工程總承包的特點(diǎn),能有效地從總承包商的角度對(duì)總承包項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目選擇評(píng)價(jià);該選擇評(píng)價(jià)體系不僅可以模擬單個(gè)總承包項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)決策,同樣適用于多個(gè)公路工程總承包項(xiàng)目的選擇評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In order to facilitate the general contractor to make a reasonable selection and evaluation of the highway engineering general contracting project, from the project conditions, the general contractor unit, the construction unit, the external environment,This paper constructs a three-level index system for the selection and evaluation of highway engineering general contracting project from six aspects of project follow-up impact and project innovation, and establishes the hierarchical sub-model of evaluation index.Combined with the principle of multi-objective decision making, the subjective and objective weights are combined according to certain principles, and an improved optimization model of multi-objective decision making based on the combination weight of grey relational degree theory is put forward by using Kendall consistency test.The selection and evaluation of the target project of the general contracting project is carried out, and finally, through the evaluation set, the bidding project is selected to realize the optimization of the bidding decision of the general contracting unit.Finally, the evaluation system of general contracting project is analyzed.The research results show that the project selection and evaluation system is suitable for the characteristics of highway engineering general contracting, and can effectively evaluate the general contracting project from the general contractor's point of view.The selection and evaluation system can not only simulate the bidding decision of a single general contracting project, but also be applied to the selection and evaluation of several highway general contracting projects.
