船舶大型化對鐵礦石供應(yīng)鏈影響研究

【摘要】:我國是世界鐵礦石市場上最大的進(jìn)口國,近些年來我國進(jìn)口鐵礦石的價(jià)格-路走高,壓縮了我國鋼鐵企業(yè)的盈利空間,使我國鋼廠不堪重負(fù),同時(shí)我國也面臨著鐵礦石運(yùn)輸權(quán)大部分控制在國外的船公司或國外的貨主手中的難題。另一方面,2008年金融危機(jī)對世界航運(yùn)市場造成了巨大的沖擊,金融危機(jī)之后航運(yùn)市場一直處于供大于求的局面,全球的航運(yùn)企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。在目前航運(yùn)市場低迷、運(yùn)力嚴(yán)重過剩的情況下,全球最大的鐵礦石供應(yīng)商卻開始著手推行大船計(jì)劃,自建巨型船隊(duì),將對鐵礦石供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。 本文針對鐵礦石供應(yīng)商在航運(yùn)市場低迷時(shí)期建造使用巨型船舶這一行為進(jìn)行了綜合性的分析。首先分析了干散貨海運(yùn)市場的基本情況以及船舶大型化的發(fā)展歷程;然后從鐵礦石供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)和整體兩方面分析了船舶大型化對鐵礦石供應(yīng)鏈造成的影響,并基于戰(zhàn)略層、戰(zhàn)術(shù)層以及操作層三個(gè)層次具體而全面地探究了鐵礦石供應(yīng)鏈目前存在的主要問題;最后針對供應(yīng)不平衡、相關(guān)企業(yè)之間未形成有效合作以及成本變化問題分別構(gòu)建了三個(gè)層面的優(yōu)化模型,并就模型的分析結(jié)果,提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。 通過本文的研究得出了鐵礦石供應(yīng)商主導(dǎo)的船舶大型化對我國的鋼鐵企業(yè)、航運(yùn)業(yè)、港口等相關(guān)企業(yè)的影響,從定量和定性兩方面分析得到了船舶大型化對鐵礦石供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展影響,系統(tǒng)全面地探究了在貨主主導(dǎo)的船舶大型化背景下如何保證我國鐵礦石進(jìn)口安全性及促進(jìn)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)提高自身實(shí)力的對策方案。
[Abstract]:China is the largest importer of iron ore in the world market. In recent years, the price of imported iron ore in our country has gone up, which has compressed the profit space of our iron and steel enterprises and overwhelmed our steel mills. At the same time, China is also facing the problem that most of the rights of iron ore transportation are in the hands of foreign shipping companies or foreign shippers. On the other hand, in 2008, the financial crisis caused a huge impact on the world shipping market. After the financial crisis, the shipping market has been in a situation of oversupply, and shipping enterprises around the world are facing severe challenges. Instead, the world's largest iron ore supplier has embarked on plans to build its own giant fleet, which will have a profound impact on the iron ore supply chain. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the behavior of iron ore suppliers to build and use giant ships during the downturn of shipping market. Firstly, the paper analyzes the basic situation of dry bulk shipping market and the development of large-scale ships. Then it analyzes the impact of ship size on iron ore supply chain from two aspects: the node and the whole of the iron ore supply chain, and based on the strategic layer, Three levels of tactical layer and operation layer have explored the main problems existing in the iron ore supply chain concretely and comprehensively. Finally, aiming at the imbalance of supply, In this paper, three kinds of optimization models are constructed in the absence of effective cooperation and cost change among related enterprises, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the analysis results of the model. Through the research of this paper, the paper draws the conclusion that the large scale ships dominated by iron ore suppliers will affect the iron and steel enterprises, the shipping industry, the port and other related enterprises in our country. From the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the impact of ship size on the development of iron ore supply chain, This paper systematically and comprehensively explores how to ensure the safety of iron ore imports and how to promote the relative industries to improve their own strength under the background of shipbuilding dominated by cargo owners.
