【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,交通量也呈現(xiàn)出突飛猛進(jìn)的增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭,這就導(dǎo)致橋梁負(fù)荷的日益加重,加上舊橋的銹蝕、損壞以及原設(shè)計(jì)荷載低的限制,所以普遍橋梁通行能力不足的問(wèn)題開始出現(xiàn)。交通量、車輛負(fù)載容量增加和橋梁破損問(wèn)題日益突出。橋梁是確保交通暢通的咽喉,關(guān)鍵在于橋梁的承載能力和運(yùn)輸能力,橋梁承載能力不足是限制道路交通通行能力的關(guān)鍵。因此,,準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估橋梁的實(shí)際承載能力,從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益出發(fā),選擇一個(gè)合理的、有效的方法加固舊橋保證橋梁的正常運(yùn)行,是道路交通領(lǐng)域緊迫而重要的任務(wù)。 本文的研究路線:1.討論國(guó)內(nèi)外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁現(xiàn)狀和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁檢測(cè)、評(píng)估與加固的研究現(xiàn)狀;2.對(duì)我國(guó)的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁特性進(jìn)行詳細(xì)相關(guān)介紹,包括橋梁的建設(shè)材料、施工技術(shù)和使用年限等;3.對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁的常見(jiàn)病害、成因進(jìn)行介紹,并分析鋼結(jié)構(gòu)病害機(jī)理;4.對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋的檢測(cè)內(nèi)容及檢測(cè)評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行討論,然后研究國(guó)內(nèi)外主要的橋梁加固方法;5.以典型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁——蘭州中山橋?yàn)槔,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查檢測(cè)來(lái)全面了解其病害的根本原因,并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)和有限元分析對(duì)其主要病害進(jìn)行研究。根據(jù)檢測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)該橋的結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)狀態(tài)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)定。從荷載試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,分析評(píng)定中山橋的加固效果;根據(jù)加固前后的檢測(cè)結(jié)果和荷載試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)加固方案進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià),驗(yàn)證該橋加固方法的科學(xué)有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the traffic volume is also increasing by leaps and bounds, which leads to the increasing load of bridges, as well as the corrosion and damage of old bridges, as well as the limitation of low original design loads. Therefore, the problem of insufficient traffic capacity of bridges is beginning to appear. The problems of traffic volume, increase of vehicle load capacity and bridge breakage are becoming increasingly prominent. Bridges are the throat of ensuring smooth traffic, the key lies in the carrying capacity and transport capacity of bridges. The lack of bearing capacity of bridges is the key to limit the capacity of road traffic. Therefore, to evaluate the actual bearing capacity of bridges accurately, proceed from the economic and social benefits, choose a reasonable, It is an urgent and important task in the field of road traffic to reinforce the old bridge to ensure the normal operation of the bridge. The research route of this paper is: 1. To discuss the present situation of steel structure bridge at home and abroad and the present situation of steel structure bridge detection, evaluation and reinforcement. 2. To introduce the characteristics of steel structure bridge in our country in detail, including the construction materials of the bridge, The common diseases and causes of steel structure bridge are introduced, and the mechanism of steel structure disease is analyzed. 4. The detection content and test evaluation method of steel structure bridge are discussed. Secondly, the main methods of bridge reinforcement at home and abroad are studied. Taking the typical steel structure bridge-Lanzhou Zhongshan Bridge as an example, the fundamental causes of the disease are fully understood through field investigation and inspection. The main diseases of the bridge are studied through experiments and finite element analysis. According to the test results, the structural technical status of the bridge is comprehensively evaluated, and the reinforcement effect of the Zhongshan Bridge is analyzed and evaluated from the load test results. According to the test results and load test results before and after reinforcement, the reinforcement scheme is systematically evaluated to verify the scientific effectiveness of the bridge reinforcement method.
