【摘要】：結(jié)合國(guó)家長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶戰(zhàn)略和三峽過(guò)壩運(yùn)輸問(wèn)題剖析,進(jìn)行三峽過(guò)壩貨物量需求分析,闡述建設(shè)三峽綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系的必要性;在總體性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和能力適應(yīng)性等原則指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合貨物品類(lèi)特性的各方式技術(shù)特點(diǎn),對(duì)各種過(guò)壩方式進(jìn)行合理分工和相互銜接;按以長(zhǎng)江干流航道運(yùn)輸為主,鐵路、公路運(yùn)輸為輔,管道運(yùn)輸為補(bǔ)充的總體目標(biāo)對(duì)三峽綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系進(jìn)行規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Combined with the strategy of the national Yangtze River economic belt and the analysis of the transport problem of the three Gorges dam crossing, this paper analyzes the demand for the volume of goods passing through the dam of the three Gorges, and expounds the necessity of constructing the comprehensive transportation system of the three Gorges, under the guidance of the principles of totality, economy and adaptability of capacity, etc. Combined with the technical characteristics of various types of goods, reasonable division of labor and mutual connection are carried out for various ways of crossing the dam, which are mainly carried out by the main waterway of the Yangtze River, supplemented by railway and road transportation, The overall goal of pipeline transportation is to plan the comprehensive transportation system of three Gorges.
