昆明地鐵3號線隧道施工地表沉降研究

【摘要】:本文依托昆明地鐵3號線東標段土建工程實例,根據(jù)地鐵隧道的幾個不同施工工藝的區(qū)段獲得的地表沉降實測數(shù)據(jù),通過沉降實測數(shù)據(jù)整理分類,分析研究淺埋暗挖法和盾構法施工引起的地表沉降指標。本文采用數(shù)學統(tǒng)計分析方法為非線性回歸、多項式回歸、分段函數(shù)回歸等,通過地表沉降數(shù)據(jù)研究分析,得出淺埋暗挖法及盾構法地表沉降數(shù)據(jù)分析結論,并提出應對地表沉降的技術應對措施。本文得出的結論能夠為今后國內具備相似建設條件的地鐵隧道施工提供一些理論數(shù)據(jù)的參考。 本文的最終成果如下: 1.昆明地鐵3號線東標段地鐵隧道淺埋暗挖法施工過程中,采用臺階法施工工藝的,上臺階開挖引起的地表沉降量占由總地表沉降量的量化百分比在55%左右; 2.昆明地鐵3號線東標段地鐵隧道淺埋暗挖法施工過程中,隧道覆土厚度越大,其地表沉降量越小,沉降量隨隧道覆土厚度呈現(xiàn)反比例關系; 3.采用盾構法施工引起的沉降量和沉降速率,,較大階段發(fā)生在盾構機通過施工作業(yè)面前的沉降和盾構機盾尾空隙的沉降階段,控制沉降的這兩個階段最為必要。
[Abstract]:Based on the example of civil engineering in east tender section of Kunming Metro Line 3, according to the measured surface settlement data obtained from several sections of different construction techniques of subway tunnel, this paper classifies and classifies the measured settlement data through the measured settlement data. This paper analyzes and studies the surface subsidence index caused by shallow burying excavation method and shield tunneling method. The mathematical statistical analysis methods are nonlinear regression, polynomial regression, piecewise function regression and so on, and the surface subsidence data are studied and analyzed in this paper. The conclusion is drawn that the surface subsidence data of shallow buried excavation method and shield tunneling method are analyzed. The conclusion of this paper can provide some theoretical reference for the subway tunnel construction with similar construction conditions in the future. The final results of this paper are as follows:. 1. In the construction process of shallow subsurface excavation method of subway tunnel in east standard section of Kunming Metro Line 3, the quantitative percentage of surface settlement caused by the excavation of upper steps is about 55%; 2. In the construction process of the shallow excavation method of the subway tunnel in the east section of Kunming Metro Line 3, the larger the overlying soil thickness of the tunnel, the smaller the surface settlement, and the settlement is inversely proportional to the overlying soil thickness of the tunnel; 3. The settlement amount and settlement rate caused by shield tunneling method occur in the stage of the settlement before the shield machine passes through the construction operation and the settlement stage of the shield machine tail gap, and the two stages of controlling the settlement are the most necessary.
