基于排隊(duì)重置的中小城市區(qū)域交通信號(hào)控制方法研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,中小城市各項(xiàng)建設(shè)也進(jìn)入了高速發(fā)展階段,城市交通建設(shè)優(yōu)劣直接影響著中小城市形象與發(fā)展進(jìn)程然而,中小城市的快速發(fā)展導(dǎo)致新的交通需求不斷激增早晚高峰期交通壓力不斷加大,加之原有城區(qū)路網(wǎng)道路通行能力嚴(yán)重不足,使得城市道路交通擁堵問(wèn)題日漸突出,成為制約中小城市健康發(fā)展進(jìn)程的瓶頸和繼續(xù)解決的難題交通信號(hào)控制作為緩解城市交通擁堵問(wèn)題的重要手段,建成高效安全的交通信號(hào)控制系統(tǒng)在均衡路網(wǎng)交通流分布降低停車延誤減少停車次數(shù)和尾氣排放等方面起著至關(guān)重要的作用 論文以公安部重點(diǎn)研究計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的警務(wù)聯(lián)動(dòng)交通信號(hào)指揮系統(tǒng)為依托,以城市交通管理集成與優(yōu)化技術(shù)公安部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室為科研平臺(tái)支持,旨在形成城市區(qū)域的交通信號(hào)優(yōu)化控制方法,通過(guò)安裝于交叉口的地磁檢測(cè)器,實(shí)時(shí)采集交叉口交通信息參數(shù),利用排隊(duì)重置控制技術(shù),構(gòu)建基于排隊(duì)重置方法的交通信號(hào)控制算法模型,建立區(qū)域道路交通信號(hào)優(yōu)化配時(shí)方案,動(dòng)態(tài)維持區(qū)域路段的空間占有率平衡,有效緩解了中小城市早晚高峰交叉口交通擁堵問(wèn)題 論文利用基于排隊(duì)重置方法的交通信號(hào)控制研究成果,以浙江省奉化市為例,進(jìn)行了奉化市的交通仿真評(píng)價(jià)和實(shí)戰(zhàn)應(yīng)用,一定程度上緩解了奉化市關(guān)鍵交叉口的排隊(duì)溢出問(wèn)題和交通擁堵問(wèn)題,,取得了良好的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, the construction of small and medium-sized cities has entered the stage of rapid development. The advantages and disadvantages of urban traffic construction directly affect the image and development process of small and medium-sized cities. The rapid development of small and medium-sized cities leads to a continuous surge of new traffic demand in the morning and evening rush hour traffic pressure is increasing, coupled with the existing urban road network capacity is seriously inadequate, making urban road traffic congestion problem increasingly prominent. As an important means to alleviate the problem of urban traffic congestion, traffic signal control has become the bottleneck of restricting the healthy development of small and medium-sized cities and continued to solve the difficult problem. The establishment of an efficient and safe traffic signal control system plays an important role in balancing the traffic flow distribution of the road network, reducing the stopping delay and reducing the number of stops and exhaust emissions, etc. The thesis is based on the police traffic signal command system based on the Internet of things technology and the key laboratory of the Ministry of Public Security, which is the key laboratory of the Ministry of Public Security. In order to form the optimal control method of traffic signal in urban area, traffic information parameters of intersection are collected in real time by geomagnetic detector installed at intersection, and queue reset control technology is used. The traffic signal control algorithm model based on queue reset method is constructed, and the optimal timing scheme of regional traffic signal is established to maintain the spatial occupation balance of regional road sections dynamically. The problem of traffic congestion at morning and evening peak intersections in small and medium-sized cities has been effectively alleviated. Taking Fenghua City of Zhejiang Province as an example, the traffic simulation evaluation and actual combat application of Fenghua City are carried out by using the research results of traffic signal control based on queue reset method. To a certain extent, the problem of queue overflow and traffic congestion at key intersections in Fenghua City has been alleviated, and good social and economic benefits have been obtained.
