【摘要】:道路交通治安卡口管控系統(tǒng)是采用先進(jìn)的光電技術(shù)、遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)技術(shù)、圖像處理技術(shù)、模式識(shí)別技術(shù)實(shí)時(shí)地采集和記錄過(guò)往車(chē)輛圖像,并依據(jù)圖像采集技術(shù)、車(chē)牌自動(dòng)識(shí)別技術(shù)將識(shí)別出的過(guò)往車(chē)輛數(shù)據(jù)信息存儲(chǔ)到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)分析車(chē)輛的構(gòu)成、車(chē)流量分布以及對(duì)車(chē)輛實(shí)施布控、查詢(xún)車(chē)輛信息等操作,為交通等監(jiān)管部門(mén)有力的打擊違法犯罪和維護(hù)交通順暢提供了強(qiáng)有力的支持和保障。本文以西部某市的交通項(xiàng)目為背景,該項(xiàng)目需要在城市的交通管控部門(mén)開(kāi)發(fā)一套先進(jìn)、高效的道路交通治安卡口管控系統(tǒng)。 本文探討了道路交通治安卡口管控所要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能需求,以及系統(tǒng)所要滿(mǎn)足的非功能性需求。從設(shè)計(jì)原則、設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)、設(shè)計(jì)目的、系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)物理架構(gòu)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)等多個(gè)方面對(duì)道路交通治安卡口管控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì),將整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的工作過(guò)程分為卡口前端系統(tǒng)和卡口中心管理系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),并從這兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)將道路交通治安卡口管控系統(tǒng)分為兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),其中卡口前端系統(tǒng)基于車(chē)牌定位、字符分割等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)圖像的采集、處理和數(shù)據(jù)記錄,卡口中心管理系統(tǒng)基于B/S模式實(shí)現(xiàn)車(chē)流量統(tǒng)計(jì)、車(chē)輛布撤控、報(bào)警、黑名單管理等功能。該系統(tǒng)是基于分層架構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的,遵循的是Spring MVC模式。在數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)方面,采用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),利用Hibernate框架,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的操作。 治安卡口系統(tǒng)的建成將實(shí)時(shí)記錄進(jìn)出西部某市交通要道的所有車(chē)輛信息,便于交通管控部門(mén)及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、有效地做出交通組織,對(duì)維護(hù)某市良好的交通環(huán)境和行車(chē)秩序起到了積極作用。通過(guò)對(duì)車(chē)輛數(shù)據(jù)的分析和處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)嫌疑車(chē)輛、交通違章等黑名單車(chē)輛的查控與處置,對(duì)交通管理機(jī)關(guān)扼制并打擊一些隱蔽型違法行為,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在西部某市交通管控部門(mén)部署運(yùn)行,運(yùn)行結(jié)果良好。
[Abstract]:The road traffic security bayonet control and control system adopts advanced optoelectronic technology, remote data access technology, image processing technology, pattern recognition technology to collect and record the passing vehicle images in real time, and according to the image acquisition technology, The license plate automatic recognition technology stores the identified passing vehicle data information to the application system of database. The system analyzes the composition of the vehicle, the distribution of the vehicle flow, the layout and control of the vehicle, the inquiry of the vehicle information, etc. It provides powerful support and guarantee for traffic supervision department to crack down on crime and maintain smooth traffic. This paper takes the traffic project of a certain city in the west as the background, which needs to develop a set of advanced technology in the traffic control department of the city. Efficient control system of road traffic security bayonet. This paper discusses the functional requirements of road traffic security bayonet management and control, and the non-functional requirements to be satisfied by the system, from the design principles, design basis, design purpose, the network structure of the system. The system physical structure and database design are used to design the road traffic security bayonet control system. The working process of the system is divided into two parts: the front end system of the bayonet and the central management system of the bayonet. And from these two links, the traffic security bayonet control system is divided into two subsystems to design and implement. The front end system of the bayonet is based on license plate location, character segmentation and other technologies to achieve image acquisition, processing and data recording. Based on the B / S mode, the bayonet center management system realizes the functions of vehicle flow statistics, vehicle routing and control, alarm, blacklist management, etc. The system is designed on the basis of hierarchical architecture and follows the Spring MVC pattern. Using Oracle database and Hibernate framework, the operation of data is realized. The completion of the public security bayonet system will record in real time all vehicle information entering and leaving an important traffic road in a certain city in the west, so as to facilitate the traffic control department to make traffic organization in a timely, accurate and effective manner. It has played a positive role in maintaining a good traffic environment and driving order in a certain city. Through the analysis and processing of vehicle data, the inspection, control and disposal of suspected vehicles, traffic violations and other blacklisted vehicles have been realized. It is of great practical significance to curb and crack down on some hidden illegal activities. The system has been deployed and operated in traffic control department of a certain city in the west of China, and the result is good.
