【摘要】：針對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)低碳新城發(fā)展的熱潮,提出"以快為先"的交通發(fā)展導(dǎo)向已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)低碳新城發(fā)展需求,借鑒國(guó)際慢城運(yùn)動(dòng)傳遞出的"慢發(fā)展"理念,提出了契合我國(guó)低碳新城發(fā)展"慢交通"的幾點(diǎn)策略。首先介紹了國(guó)際慢城的起源與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,分析了慢城運(yùn)動(dòng)的內(nèi)涵以及對(duì)我國(guó)新時(shí)期城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中新城發(fā)展的借鑒和啟示;其次,在剖析慢哲學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了以"慢"為主題的交通發(fā)展模式,詳細(xì)闡述了該發(fā)展模式必須堅(jiān)持的"S-L-O-W"原則;從土地利用、道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)、公共交通、停車設(shè)施和政策調(diào)控五個(gè)方面探討了推進(jìn)低碳新城慢交通發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題,最后分析了"慢交通"發(fā)展的形勢(shì)和研究方向。
[Abstract]:In view of the current upsurge in the development of low-carbon new cities in China, this paper puts forward that the "fast first" traffic development orientation can no longer meet the needs of the development of low-carbon new cities, and draws lessons from the concept of "slow development" transmitted by the international slow city movement. This paper puts forward some strategies suitable for the development of "slow traffic" in China's low-carbon new city. Firstly, it introduces the origin and development of international slow city, analyzes the connotation of slow city movement and the reference and inspiration to the development of new city in the new period of urbanization in China. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the slow philosophy, this paper puts forward the traffic development mode with the theme of "slow", and expounds in detail the principle of "S-L-O-W", which must be adhered to in the development mode, from the aspects of land use, road network, public transportation, etc. Five aspects of parking facilities and policy regulation are discussed to promote the slow traffic development of low-carbon new city, and the development situation and research direction of "slow traffic" are analyzed in the end.
