火災(zāi)下盾構(gòu)隧道管片構(gòu)件的可靠度研究

【摘要】:摘要:隨著我國(guó)城市軌道交通的發(fā)展,以及盾構(gòu)修建技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,越來(lái)越多交通的隧道都采用盾構(gòu)法來(lái)修建。伴隨而來(lái)的安全問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注,隧道火災(zāi)就是所關(guān)注的主要問(wèn)題之一。以往的隧道火災(zāi)案例表明火災(zāi)不僅會(huì)造成重大的人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,同時(shí)也會(huì)對(duì)隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p害。盾構(gòu)隧道主要由管片拼裝而成,火災(zāi)會(huì)對(duì)管片造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷,導(dǎo)致管片結(jié)構(gòu)承載力和安全性大大降低;加之盾構(gòu)隧道在設(shè)計(jì)、修建、營(yíng)運(yùn)都存在著不確定性,如何準(zhǔn)確定量的評(píng)價(jià)火災(zāi)下盾構(gòu)隧道管片結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力和安全性,就成了盾構(gòu)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)抗火研究的重要問(wèn)題。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以實(shí)際工程為背景,基于結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性理論分析火災(zāi)對(duì)管片構(gòu)件的影響,主要的研究工作如下: (1)在國(guó)內(nèi)外火災(zāi)試驗(yàn)成果的基礎(chǔ)上,選取了火災(zāi)升溫曲線、混凝土材料熱工參數(shù),再通過(guò)有限元軟件ABAQUS計(jì)算了管片結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度場(chǎng),并從材料高溫劣化的角度分析了管片截面的損傷規(guī)律。 (2)基于等效截面法,給出火災(zāi)下管片截面的極限承載力隨受火時(shí)間的計(jì)算公式,并結(jié)合慣用法給出的盾構(gòu)隧道管片內(nèi)力的計(jì)算公式,建立了火災(zāi)下管片構(gòu)件的功能函數(shù)。 (3)采用一次二階矩法,對(duì)火災(zāi)下管片構(gòu)件的可靠度進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,分析了混凝土等級(jí)、鋼筋等級(jí)、盾構(gòu)隧道埋深、覆土層重度等主要因素下管片構(gòu)件的可靠度隨受火時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律。 (4)根據(jù)計(jì)算得到的管片構(gòu)件可靠度隨受火時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律,評(píng)估了管片構(gòu)件的安全性,并給出了火災(zāi)后評(píng)估盾構(gòu)隧道管片結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠指標(biāo),以及管片結(jié)構(gòu)抗火設(shè)計(jì)與防火建議。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the development of urban rail transit and the progress of shield construction technology, more and more tunnels are built by shield tunneling. Tunnel fire is one of the main problems concerned. Past tunnel fire cases show that fire not only causes heavy casualties and property losses. At the same time, it will also cause serious damage to the lining structure of the tunnel. The shield tunnel is mainly composed of segments, and the fire will cause serious damage to the segments, which will lead to a great decrease in the bearing capacity and safety of the segment structure. In addition, the shield tunnel is being designed and built. There is uncertainty in operation. How to evaluate accurately and quantitatively the bearing capacity and safety of shield tunnel segment structure under fire is an important problem in the research of shield tunnel structure fire resistance. Based on the theory of structural reliability, the influence of fire on segment members is analyzed in the background of actual engineering. The main research work is as follows:. 1) on the basis of the fire test results at home and abroad, the fire heating curve and the thermal parameters of concrete are selected, and the temperature field of the segment structure is calculated by the finite element software ABAQUS. The damage law of the section is analyzed from the point of view of material degradation at high temperature. 2) based on the equivalent section method, the calculation formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of the section under fire with the time of fire is given, and the function function of the segment member under fire is established by combining the formula of the internal force of the shield tunnel segment given by the customary method. The reliability of segment members under fire is calculated by using the first-order second-order moment method, and the concrete grade, reinforcement grade and the buried depth of shield tunnel are analyzed. The variation rule of reliability of segment components with fire time under the main factors such as overburden depth and so on. 4) according to the rule that the reliability of segment member changes with the time of fire, the safety of segment member is evaluated, and the reliability index for evaluating the segment structure of shield tunnel after fire is given, as well as the fire resistance design and fire prevention suggestion of segment structure.
