【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化及世界貿(mào)易一體化的形成,集裝箱港口的節(jié)點作用在國際運輸中越來越重要。其中集裝箱碼頭的運作效率及運營效益引起越來越多的社會關(guān)注和行業(yè)關(guān)心。在日常的集裝箱碼頭運營中,集裝箱堆場往往又是集裝箱碼頭的重中之重。因此,集裝箱碼頭堆場的大型設(shè)備資源和空間資源的管理及調(diào)度成為目前研究集裝箱港口的熱點之一。 本論文以傳統(tǒng)的集裝箱碼頭為研究對象,提出一個實時性很高的場橋動態(tài)調(diào)度優(yōu)化方法,以達(dá)到滿足動態(tài)業(yè)務(wù)需求環(huán)境下的多場橋?qū)崟r調(diào)度需要。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1).在詳細(xì)閱讀有關(guān)集裝箱碼頭堆場資源調(diào)度國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了論文的主要研究內(nèi)容。其次,在詳細(xì)分析了碼頭作業(yè)系統(tǒng)、現(xiàn)實集裝箱碼頭運作的需求和約束的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了本文研究的具體問題。最后,確定了集裝箱碼頭場橋動態(tài)調(diào)度的優(yōu)化目標(biāo)、實際約束、決策量,形成了集裝箱碼頭場橋調(diào)度體系。建立了一個屬于整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型的多場橋轉(zhuǎn)場動態(tài)調(diào)度數(shù)學(xué)模型,目標(biāo)是最小化總的任務(wù)延遲和場橋轉(zhuǎn)場總時間。(2).分析一些經(jīng)典的近視優(yōu)化算法后,設(shè)計了一個針對性很高的啟發(fā)式算法,其中新解的產(chǎn)生策略借鑒了遺傳算法的多點交叉法,并在啟發(fā)式算法框架中嵌入了不可行解的修正策略。(3).基于天津港某集裝箱碼頭的歷史實例,對構(gòu)建的場橋動態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)場調(diào)度模型和啟發(fā)式算法的有效性進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的驗證,同時與傳統(tǒng)的場橋轉(zhuǎn)場調(diào)度優(yōu)化的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。 本文的研究成果有助于提高集裝箱碼頭場橋箱區(qū)間的調(diào)度水平,尤其是為動態(tài)任務(wù)需求環(huán)境下的場橋調(diào)度工作提供決策支持,對其他生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的大型設(shè)備的調(diào)度問題具有一定的借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:With the formation of economic globalization and the integration of world trade, The node function of container port is becoming more and more important in international transportation. Among them, the efficiency and efficiency of container terminal operation have aroused more and more social concern and industry concern. Container yard is often the most important part of container terminal. Therefore, the management and scheduling of large equipment and space resources of container terminal has become one of the hotspots in the research of container port. This paper takes the traditional container terminal as the research object, and proposes a real-time dynamic scheduling optimization method for the field bridge. In order to meet the real-time scheduling needs of multi-field bridges in the dynamic business environment, the main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. On the basis of detailed reading of domestic and foreign literatures on container terminal yard resource scheduling, Secondly, on the basis of the detailed analysis of the terminal operation system, the requirements and constraints of the actual container terminal operation, the specific problems studied in this paper are defined. The optimization goal, actual constraints and decision quantity of dynamic dispatching of container terminal yard bridge are determined, and the system of container terminal yard bridge scheduling is formed. A mathematical model of multi-field bridge transition field dynamic scheduling is established, which belongs to integer programming model. The goal is to minimize the total task delay and the total transition time of the field bridge. After analyzing some classical myopia optimization algorithms, a highly targeted heuristic algorithm is designed, in which the new solution generation strategy draws lessons from the genetic algorithm (GA) multi-point crossover method. Based on the historical example of a container terminal in Tianjin Port, the validity of the proposed dynamic turn-field scheduling model and heuristic algorithm is strictly verified. At the same time, the results are compared with the traditional optimization results of field bridge transfer field scheduling. The research results of this paper are helpful to improve the dispatching level of the container terminal yard box section, especially to provide decision support for the field bridge scheduling work under the dynamic task demand environment. It has certain reference value to the scheduling problem of large equipment in other production fields.
